Abstract:
PURPOSE: A structure, a device including the same, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to implement the planarization of a substrate with a concavo-convex part by using self-diffusive polymers. CONSTITUTION: A concavo-convex part is formed on the surface of a substrate. The polymer thin film is coated on the substrate. The polymer thin film includes a double layer comprised of a pair of a positively charged polyelectrolyte and a negatively charged polyelectrolyte. The part of the positively charged reactor included in the positively charged polyelectrolyte and the part of the negatively charged reactor included in the negatively charge polyelectrolyte are electrically neutral.

복수의가상의구형체형상이 3차원방향으로서로접하도록쌓인가상의적층체에서상기가상의구형체간의간극을메우는형상의비다공성템플레이트(template); 및상기가상의적층체형상내부에존재하도록상기비다공성템플레이트내부에적층된이온성고분자코팅층을포함하는혼성다공성구조체가제공된다. 상기가상의구형체내부의중심부에기공이형성될수 있다. 상기혼성다공성구조체는두 개의상기가상의구형체형상이접하는영역에형성된기공인네크(neck)를복수개 포함할수 있다. 상기네크는상기구형체내부의중심부에존재하는기공과연결(interconnected)될수 있다.
