Abstract: PURPOSE: A monoclonal 57-C11 which specifically binds to undifferentiated human embryonic stem cells is provided to remove the stem cell during cell therapy. CONSTITUTION: An undifferentiated human stem cell-specific monoclonal antibody 57-C11 contains variable region of heavy chain(VH) having amino acid of the sequence number 6 and variable region of light chain(VL) having amino acid of the sequence number 8. A hybridoma which produces the monoclonal antibody 57-C11 or its antigen binding site contains B cell fused in immortalized cells from transformed non-human animal which has genome containing heavy chain and light chain transgenes.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供特异性结合未分化人胚胎干细胞的单克隆57-C11，以在细胞治疗期间去除干细胞。 构成：未分化的人类干细胞特异性单克隆抗体57-C11包含具有序列号6的氨基酸的重链（VH）的可变区和具有序列号8的氨基酸的轻链可变区（VL）。 产生单克隆抗体57-C11或其抗原结合位点的杂交瘤含有融合在具有含有重链和轻链转基因的基因组的转化非人动物的永生化细胞中的B细胞。
