Abstract: PURPOSE: A monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to an undifferentiated human embryonic stem cell and a hybridoma producing the same are provided to specifically recognize cell surface protein of the undifferentiated human embryonic stem cell and remove undifferentiated embryonic stem cell during cell therapy. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing monoclonal antibody which is specific to an undifferentiated human embryonic stem cell comprises: a step of injecting differentiated human embryonic stem cells to one side of animal body; a step of injecting undifferentiated human embryonic stem cells to the other side of animal body to induce immunity; and a step of removing antibodies to common surface antigens which exist in both differentiated and undifferentiated embryonic stem cell from lymph node of the other side of the animal body.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供特异性结合未分化人胚胎干细胞的单克隆抗体和产生其的杂交瘤，以特异性识别未分化人胚胎干细胞的细胞表面蛋白，并在细胞治疗期间去除未分化的胚胎干细胞。 构成：制备对未分化的人胚胎干细胞特异性的单克隆抗体的方法包括：将分化的人胚胎干细胞注射到动物体的一侧; 将未分化的人胚胎干细胞注射到动物体的另一侧以诱导免疫的步骤; 以及从动物身体另一侧的淋巴结中分离存在于分化胚胎干细胞和未分化胚胎干细胞中的常见表面抗原的抗体的步骤。

Abstract: PURPOSE: A monoclonal antibody 2-D2 binding to human embryonic stem cells and cancer cell line is provided to specifically recognize cell surface protein of human embryonic stem cells and use in anti-cancer therapy. CONSTITUTION: A monoclonal antibody which is specific to human embryonic stem cells contains heavy chain variable region of amino acid sequence number 6 and light chain variable region of amino acid sequence number 7. A kit to detecting undifferentiated human embryonic stem cells contains a monoclonal antibody 2-E2. A composition for removing the undifferentiating human embryonic stem cell contains the monoclonal antibody 2-E2.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to undifferentiated human stem cells is provided to research difference of initial embryo development between rat and human. CONSTITUTION: An undifferentiated human embryonic stem cell-specific monoclonal antibody 247-B9 contains variable region of heavy chain having an amino acid of the sequence number 6 and variable region of light chain having an amino acid of the sequence number 8. The monoclonal antibody 247-B9 recognizes about 37kDa protein of undifferentiated human embryonic stem cell and hnRNP A2/B1 analog protein. A composition for removing the undifferentiated human embryonic stem cell contains the monoclonal antibody 247-B9.

CONSTITUTION: An undifferentiated human stem cell-specific monoclonal antibody 57-C11 contains variable region of heavy chain(VH) having amino acid of the sequence number 6 and variable region of light chain(VL) having amino acid of the sequence number 8. A hybridoma which produces the monoclonal antibody 57-C11 or its antigen binding site contains B cell fused in immortalized cells from transformed non-human animal which has genome containing heavy chain and light chain transgenes.
