    Abstract: PURPOSE: A headlight of a vehicle is provided to reduce the electric power consumed by a light source and the like and to reliably secure a driver's visual field at night by making light irradiated to the turning direction of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A headlight of a vehicle comprises a light source part(10) emitting light; an optical fiber(20) having one end connected to the light source part to project the light emitted from the light source and the other end branching off to both sides; first and second reflecting mirrors(30,40) installed to the front sides of the vehicle; first and second light irradiation direction-converting units(50,60) installed to the first and second reflecting mirrors; and a control part(70) controlling the first and second light irradiation direction-converting units by driver's headlight conversion switch operation. The other ends of the optical fiber are connected to one-sides of the first and second reflecting mirrors. Lenses adjacent to the other ends of the optical fiber are installed inside the first and second reflecting mirrors. The first and second reflecting mirrors reflect the light passing through the lenses and irradiate the light forward. The first and second light irradiation direction-converting units convert the irradiation direction of the light downward or upward.
