    Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for aphid control using Beauveria bassiana Bb08 (KACC93163P) culture medium or culture medium filtrate as an active ingredient and a composition for aphid control comprising the steps of: (a) inoculating a spore of Beauveria bassiana Bb08 (KACC93163P) in potato dextrose broth (PDB) to adjust 1x10^6 conidia/ml; (b) culturing the inoculation liquid for three to five days at 25°C; and (c) filtrating impurities in the culture obtained in step (b) by using a paper filter. For Beauveria bassiana Bb08 (KACC93163P), a composition for aphid control using the fungus, and a method for preparing same according to the present invention, Beauveria bassiana Bb08 (KACC93163P) is an endemic microorganism thereby rapidly adapting to a domestic condition and exhibiting a rapid insecticidal effect. Thus, the present invention has excellent use as a biotic pesticide for aphid control.
