Abstract:
PURPOSE: An oligotrophic bacillus subtilis HJ 18-4 strain obtained from buckwheat rapidly fermented soy sauce, and a producing method fermented food using thereof are provided to offer the thrombolytic activity of the oligotrophic bacillus subtilis strains to users. CONSTITUTION: An oligotrophic bacillus subtilis HJ 18-4 strain obtained from buckwheat rapidly fermented soy sauce has fermenting enzyme production capacity, antibacterial activity for food poisoning bacteria and Escherichia coli, and thrombolytic capacity. A fermenting enzyme produced from the oligotrophic bacillus subtilis HJ 18-4 strain is cellulase, amylase, protease, lipase, or xylanase. Food poisoning bacteria are candida, listeria, salmonella, staphylococcus, or bacillus cereus.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An agent for preventing plant disease using mixture strain of Bacillus subtilis M27 and 5M34 is provided to suppress occurrence of vegetable sclerotial rot and to ensure stability of fresh vegetables. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus subtilis 5M34 (deposit number KACC 91488P) prevents plant pathogen. A microorganism formulation for preventing plant pathogen contains Bacillus subtilis 5M34(deposit number KACC 91488P) and Bacillus subtilis M27(deposit number KACC 91208P). The plant pathogens are Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Sclerotium cepivorum, Sclerotinia minor, Sclerotium rolfisii, hizoctonia solani, Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium oxysporum, Didymella bryoniae, Alternaria solani, Corynespora cassiicola, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Colletotrichum acutatum, or Phytophotra capsici.
Abstract:
A novel strain is provided to solubilize insoluble-phosphate excellently within a short time, prevent solubilized phosphate from being fixed on soil due to reusing the solubilized phosphate at a rapid rate, and supply phosphoric acid, which is necessary for a plant, efficiently by gradually releasing the solubilized phosphate into the soil again. A Pseudomonas sp. CL-1 strain solubilizing insoluble-phosphate fixed on soil is deposited as a deposition no. KACC 91282P. A biofertilizer comprises a fungus body or a culture solution of the Pseudomonas sp. CL-1 strain. To solubilize the insoluble-phosphate fixed on the soil, the strain or the fertilizer is directly applied to the soil.
Abstract:
A novel strain Azospirillum brasilense CW301 with nitrogen fixing ability as well as growth enhancing effect is provided to transfer the fixed nitrogen to plants and increase nitrogen absorption of the plants, so that the strain is used as a substitute for chemical fertilizer. A strain Azospirillum brasilense CW301(KACC 91224P) has nitrogen fixing ability as well as growth enhancing effect and is isolated from wheat. The biofertilizer contains Azospirillum brasilense CW301(KACC 91224P) and is prepared by culturing Azospirillum brasilense CW301(KACC 91224P). The growth of plants is promoted by soaking seeds of plants in the cultured medium of Azospirillum brasilense CW301(KACC 91224P), wherein the plant is tomato, Chinese cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, red pepper, Welsh onion or crown daisy.
