Abstract:
The present invention relates to a treating agent for reducing odorous gas. The treating agent of the present invention comprises a culture medium of one or more strains selected from Pichia farinosa NAAS-2 (KACC 93160P), which is a novel microorganism that is separated from soil and removes material that causes odorous gas, and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens NAAS-1 (KACC 91751P), which is a novel microorganism that is separated from soil and removes material that causes odorous gas. By means of the present invention, novel strains for removing material that cause odors are separated and identified and the treating agent for reducing odors which includes the strains as active ingredients is provided, so that waste can be easily treated at the site where the waste is generated and essential source material of the odors is removed. The treated material can be recycled in order to be used for the agriculture.

PURPOSE: A composition for removing odor from livestock excrement is provided to effectively remove ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and amine gas. CONSTITUTION: A composition for removing odor from livestock contains 10-15 wt% of forestry by-products, 70-80 wt% of aboriginal microorganism, and 10-15 wt% of anhydrous glucose. The forestry by-products are bamboo leaves and pine needles. The aboriginal microorganism includes Lactobacillus parakefili and Candida glabrata KACC93112P.

본 발명은 악취가스 감소 처리제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 악취가스 감소 처리제는 토양에서 분리하며 악취가스 유발물질을 제거하는 신규미생물 피치파리노사( Pichia farinosa ) NAAS-2 (KACC 93160P)균주와 토양에서 분리하며 악취가스 유발물질을 제거하는 신규미생물 바실러스 아밀로리퀴파시엔스( Bacillus amyloliquefaciens ) NAAS-1 (KACC 91751P)균주 중 선택된 어느 하나이상의 균주의 배양액을 포함하는 것이 특징이다. 본 발명에 의해, 악취를 유발하는 물질을 제거해주는 신규균주들을 분리 동정하고 이 균주들을 유효성분으로 함유한 악취 감소처리제가 제공됨으로써 폐기물 발생 현장에서 용이하게 바로 처리가 가능하여 악취의 근본적인 원인물질을 제거하고 그 처리물을 자원화하여 농업에 사용할 수 있게 된다.

PURPOSE: A novel microorganism, Candida glabrata, with effect of reducing odor from livestock excrement is provided to enhance livestock weight. CONSTITUTION: A novel microorganism, Candida glabrata(KACC9311P), has effect of reducing odor from livestock excrement and enhancing livestock weight. A probiotic for livestock feed contains Candida glabrata. A method for producing the probiotic comprises: a step of culturing Candida glabrata in a medium to prepare novel microorganism culture liquid; a step of adding 10-20 wt% of anhydrous glucose to the culture liquid; a step of drying and puliverizing to prepare novel microorganism solid agent; a step of adding the solid agent to a medium and drying at 35-40 °C for 40-48 hours. The medium contains anhydrous glucose, yeast, and sodium chloride.

PURPOSE: A novel Pseudomonas stutzeri. NIST-1 strain with odor reduction effect is provided to relieve problem regarding odor in livestock industry and produce a bio fertilizer. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a novel Pseudomonas stutzeri. NIST-1 strain with odor reduction comprises: a step of smearing feces of cattle on NB plate medium and culturing at 30°C for one to two days; a step of isolating strain and shaking at 30°C for 76 hours; and a step of screening best strain and isolating.

PURPOSE: A microorganism capable of producing a heat-tolerant antimicrobial peptide, derived from Korean salted sea foods is provided, which antimicrobial peptide has a strong antimicrobial activity against various plant or animal pathogenic bacteria. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism Bacillus subtilis JKK238 being isolated from Korean salted sea foods is capable of producing a heat-tolerant antimicrobial peptide which has a strong antimicrobial activity to known pathogenic fungi consisting of Pyricularia oryzae, Botrytis cinera, Penicillium sp. Fusarium oxysporum, Collectotrichum cocodes, Phytophthora crytogea and Rhizoctonia solani, and other microorganisms of Streptomyces scabies, Erwinia caractovora and Listeria monocytogenes. The heat-tolerant antimicrobial peptide may be added into feeds, foods or agricultural chemicals to inhibit the growth of the pathogenic fungi and other microorganisms.
