Abstract:
PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing a synthesized peptide for promoting bone formation is provided to promote differentiation of osteoblast and induce bone formation. CONSTITUTION: A synthesized peptide comprises 15 amino acid sequences of BMP-7 and promotes osteroblast differentiation or bone formation. The peptide is a polypeptide of the sequence number 1 or its analog. The content of the synthesized peptide is 0.1-2μg/ml.

본발명은이온교환법을이용한단사정계결정구조의나트륨바나듐인산염계전극재료및 그제조방법에관한것으로, 보다구체적으로는합성이어려운단사정계나트륨바나듐인산염계전극재료를이온교환법을이용하여리튬과나트륨을교환함으로써고용량의전극물질을제조할수 있는제조방법및 그방법으로제조된단사정계결정구조의나트륨바나듐인산염계전극재료에관한것이다. 본발명에의하면이온교환법을이용하여리튬과나트륨을교환함으로써합성이어려운단사정계나트륨바나듐인산염계전극재료를제조할수 있다. 또한, 본발명의제조방법에의하면고용량의고전압화된전극재료를간단한공정을통해제조할수 있으며, 그방법으로제조된단사정계나트륨바나듐인산염계전극재료는나트륨이차전지에적용할수 있는효과가있다.

본 발명은 전극재료에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 산화법에 의해 제조된 비정질 형태의 리튬망간산화물을 출발 물질로 하여 단사정계결정구조 또는 다양한 상들이 동시에 존재하는 결정구조로 이루어진 리튬망간산화물 전극재료를 제조하는 방법, 그 방법으로 제조된 전극재료 및 상기 전극재료를 포함하는 2차전지에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A graphene nano-sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to synthesize the graphene nano-sheet only within several seconds to several minutes by using an ultra fast combustion method without an after treatment process and other addition processes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a graphene nano-sheet comprises the following steps: a preparing step aims to prepare a reacting solution by mixing a graphite oxide, a polyol solvent, and a flammable liquid; a burning step aims to completely burn the reacting solution by lighting a fire after the reacting solution is poured and circulated on a bottom plate; and an yielding step aims to yield a residue which remains after burning completely in the bottom plate. The yielding step comprises a step of processing an obtained residue with an ultrasonic wave.

PURPOSE: A peptide with functionality of promoting osteoporosis is provided to simply synthesize the peptide and to reduce cost. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic peptide for promoting osteoporosis promotes osteoblast differentiation and is a peptide containing 5-10 amino acid sequences. The peptide is a peptide of sequence number 1(Gly-Gln-Gly-Phe-Ser) or a homolog thereof. The peptide is a peptide of sequence number 2(Gly-Gln-Gly-Phe-Ser-Tyr) or a homolog thereof. A pharmaceutical composition contains the synthetic peptide or pharmaceutically or veterinarily acceptable liquid or solid carrier.
