Abstract: An image encoding method of the RGB color space signal is provided to improve image coding efficiency and to reduce redundancy among RGB plane by encoding enhanced plane with reference to the base plane. The colour_plane_ id of a color plane encodes a base plane which is a first value(S100). The color_plane_id of the color plane encodes is one or more enhanced planes which is more than a second number with reference to the base plane(S110).

Abstract translation: 提供了RGB色空间信号的图像编码方法，以提高图像编码效率，并通过参照基准面编码增强平面来减少RGB平面之间的冗余。 彩色平面的colour_plane_ id对作为第一值的基础面进行编码（S100）。 彩色平面编码的color_plane_id是一个或多个相对于基础平面超过第二个数字的增强平面（S110）。
