본발명은 3D 프린팅용경화용수지조성물에관한것으로서, 3D 프린팅용경화형수지조성물에있어서, 광경화가가능한 5~30중량부의제1수지, 상기제1수지와는독립적으로경화되며열경화가가능한 5~30중량부의제2수지, 전도체성형물의성형을위한 30~80중량부의전도성소재및 첨가제를포함하여이루어진것을특징으로하는 3D 프린팅용이중경화형수지조성물을기술적요지로한다. 이에의해광경화또는열경화공정을동시에또는목적에따라선택적으로사용할수 있으며, 각각의공정에따른장점을최대한활용할수 있어고품질의정밀전도체성형물을공급할수 있는이점이있다.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for coating ceramic particles with magnetic substances. The method for coating ceramic particles with magnetic substances according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a surface treatment step for absorbing anionic polymers to ceramic particles by adding the anionic polymers to a solution containing the ceramic particles; a magnetic precursor absorption step for absorbing oxide magnetic precursors to the ceramic particles by adding the oxide magnetic precursors to the solution; and a coating step for forming the oxide magnetic substances on the ceramic particle surfaces by oxidizing the magnetic precursors. The steps are sequentially performed by putting the ceramic particles, anionic polymers, and oxide magnetic precursor into a reaction container.

The present invention relates to a high heat dissipative insulating sheet and a method for manufacturing the same and especially to a high heat dissipative insulating sheet with an excellent thermal conductance, moldability, and adhesive properties by adding the orientation to a filler in a Z axial direction, and to a method for manufacturing the same. The high heat dissipative insulating sheet of the present invention is characterized by comprising a thin plate and a high heat dissipative insulating composition laminated on top surface of the plate, wherein the high heat dissipative insulating composition includes a polymer resin and a filler of a heat conductive powder combined with the polymer resin; and the filler which is made of a material having magnetism to acquire an orientation toward the Z axial direction.

본 발명은 무소결 세라믹 하이브리드 기판의 층간 접속을 위한 도전성 비아 페이스트 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 도전성 비아 페이스트 조성물은, 하나 이상의 도전성 재료로 이루어진 도전성 재료 혼합물; 및 열경화성 수지 및 열경화성 수지 경화제로 이루어진 열경화성 수지 혼합물을 포함하고, 상기 경화제는 열경화성 수지의 경화 온도를 상기 도전성 재료 혼합물의 소결 온도 이상으로 유지하도록 선택된 것을 특징적 구성으로 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A maleimide group thermosetting liquid crystal composition is provided to improve solvent solubility, liquid crystal orientation of mesogen, moldability, and processability. CONSTITUTION: A maleimide group thermosetting liquid crystal composition comprises a liquid crystal thermoset monomer having a structure of chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are selected from hydrogen, a methyl group, and an ethyl group, respectively. Ar1 and Ar2 are a mesogenic group and Q is an alkyl flexible group. The composition further includes an aprotic solvent. The aprotic solvent is selected from N,N-dimethyl acetamide, N-methyl pyrrolidone, N-methyl caprolactam, N,N-dimethyl formamide, N,N-diethyl formamide, N,N-diethyl acetamide, N-methyl propionamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, γ-butyl lactone, dimethyl imidazolidinone, tetramethyl phosphoric amide, and ethyl cellosolve acetate.
