Abstract:
PURPOSE: A double window system for cut-off infrared rays is provided to block thermal energy by using a glass coated with thermo-chromic materials, a glass coated with materials reflecting infrared rays, or a low emissivity glass. CONSTITUTION: A double window system for cut-off infrared rays comprises a first glass member(10), a second glass member(20), and a space member(40). One side of the first glass member has a membrane(11) coated with near infrared ray reflection nano materials. One side of the second glass member has a membrane(21) coated with thermo-chromic materials. The space member is installed between the first and second members and keeps separated gap between glass members. The membrane coated with the near infrared ray reflection nano materials on the first glass member and the membrane coated with the thermo-chromic materials on the second glass member are faced each other.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A cathode electrode including a carbon nano tube in an electric field emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to omit a pre process and a post process by patterning a metal adhesion layer with laser after the carbon nano tube is formed on the metal adhesion layer. CONSTITUTION: A metal adhesion layer(200) is formed on a substrate(100) and includes a carbon nano tube ink layer(300) by coating carbon nano tube ink. The substrate and the metal adhesion layer are patterned with laser.

PURPOSE: A method for improving purity of metallic or semiconductive carbon nanotube is prorivded to selectively separate carbon nanotube. CONSTITUTION: A method for improving purity of metallic or semiconductive carbon nanotube(CNT(12)) comprises: a stepf of disperign raw material CNT to a first solvent(14) to obtain raw material CNT solution(10); a step of adding a second solvent(24) to the raw material CNT solution and eddying; and a step of separating first CNT solution containing the first solvent and second CNT solution containing second solvent. The first solvent is phase-separated from the second solvent.
