CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal layer(5-b) includes liquid crystal mixtures, and the liquid crystal mixtures has a negative dielectric anisotropy. The liquid crystal mixtures are optically isotropy, and a pixel electrode(9-b) is placed under the liquid crystal layer. A lower substrate(8-b) is the substrate for the liquid crystal layer and the pixel electrode.     Abstract: A fringe in-plane field switching liquid crystal display is provided to apply a liquid crystal display having optical isotropy to an FIS mode, thereby obtaining very superior viewing angle properties. A transparent common electrode(4) is formed in a flat type on a lower plate by using a transparent glass substrate or a plastic substrate. Data lines(1,1') and a source/drain layers(2,2') are formed on a gate line(3) in pair to apply voltages having different polarity between two separated pixel electrodes. An insulating film(5) is formed on a common electrode. Slit patterns are crossly formed on the first and second transparent pixel electrodes(6,7). Widths of the first and second pixel electrodes having slit patterns are thinner than 10 micro meter. A gap(8) between the first and second pixel electrodes is narrower than 30 micro meter.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method of forming auxiliary wires in an organic light emitting diode. The method of forming the auxiliary wires in the organic light emitting diode according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a first step of preparing a substrate provided with a first electrode at a top surface thereof and depositing negative photoresist on the top surface of the first electrode; a second step of performing an exposure and development process with respect to the negative photoresist through a photolithography process so that first and second electrode pattern parts, each of which has a pair of pattern parts that are reversely tapered and spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance, are formed at both side portions of the top surface of the first electrode, respectively; a third step of forming an organic layer only at a region of the top surface of the first electrode interposed between the first and second electrode pattern parts; and a fourth step of forming a second electrode at an upper portion of the organic layer and forming auxiliary at regions between the pattern parts, respectively, by simultaneously depositing a metallic thin film on the upper portion of the organic layer, the regions between the part of the pattern parts constituting the first wire pattern part and the regions between the pair of the pattern parts constituting the second wire pattern part.
