Abstract: A composition for forming a solar cell electrode in the present invention comprises silver powder, a bismuth oxide-tellurium oxide-tungsten oxide-zinc oxide-based glass frit, and an organic vehicle, wherein the glass frit includes 40-60 wt% of bismuth oxide, 0.25-15 wt% of tellurium oxide, 10-20 wt% of tungsten oxide, and 2-20 wt% of zinc oxide. A solar cell electrode manufactured with the composition for forming a solar cell electrode has an excellent adhesive strength with a ribbon and minimizes series resistance (Rs) to have excellent conversion efficiency.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An electrode forming composition and an electrode of plasma display panel manufactured by using thereof are provided to remarkably increase membrane intensity and electrical characteristic including specific resistance. CONSTITUTION: An electrode forming composition comprises 1-50 weight% of organic vehicle, 30-70 weight% of conductive material, 0.1-20 weight% of glass frit, and 0.1-5 weight% of inorganic filler. The inorganic filter comprises one or more of aluminium oxide, silicon oxide, and zirconium oxide. The organic vehicle comprises an organic binder, a monomer, or an oligomer, a photo initiator, and a solvent. The conductive material comprises one or more of gold(Au), silver(Ag), copper(Cu), aluminum(Al), palladium(Pd), platinum(Pt), chrome(Cr), cobalt(Co), tin(Sn), lead(Pb), zinc(Zn), iron(Fe), iridium(Ir), osmium(Os), rhodium(Rh), tungsten(W), molybdenum(Mo), nickel(Ni), or ITO(indium-Tin-Oxide). A plasma display panel manufactured by using the electrode fomring composition includes an upper substrate(100), a transparent electrode(110), a lower substrate(200), and a phosphor layer(240).

Abstract: An anti-glare hard coating sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure sufficient mechanical property with thin thickness and to obtain a sufficient anti-glare effect by using a small quantity of inorganic fillers. An anti-glare hard coating sheet(20) is composed of: a base layer(200); a hard coating layer(210) formed on one surface of the base layer; and an anti-glare coating layer(220) formed on the hard coating layer. The anti-glare coating layer contains inorganic fillers. The base layer is made of polymer resin selected from PC(Polycarbonate), PMMA(Polymethylmethacrylate), PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride), and ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene). The thickness of the hard coating layer is 0.5~20 micrometers. The thickness of the anti-glare coating layer is 0.3~15 micrometers. The inorganic filler is silica particles having the grain size of 20~100nm.

Abstract: Provided are an antistatic hard coating composition which is excellent in antistatic property, surface resistance, transparency, abrasion resistance and scratch resistance, a method for coating the composition, and an antistatic transparent panel prepared by the method. An antistatic hard coating composition comprises 0.01-15 wt% of a conductive filler; 5-80 wt% of an organic binder; 0.3-1 wt% of a photopolymerization initiator; and 10-70 wt% of a mixture solvent which comprises an organic solvent having a low viscosity and an organic solvent having a high viscosity. Preferably the conductive filler is at least one selected from polyaniline-based, polypyrrole-based and polythiophene-based polymers; and the organic binder comprises at least one kind of an acrylic monomer of at least two functionalities.
