Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for forming an electrode which comprises an aluminum powder; an organic binder; a photopolymerizable monomer; a photoinitiator; first and second glass frits; and a solvent, wherein the first glass frit has a glass transition temperature of 350-440°C and the second glass frit has a glass transition temperature of 450-500°C, to an electrode for a plasma display panel manufactured by using the same, and to a plasma display panel comprising the same. The composition for forming an electrode of the present invention has high membrane density, has excellent adhesion and conductivity with respect to a substrate, and prevents leakage of a gas after adhering an upper panel and a lower panel in a PDP panel.

본 발명은 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널용 배면 기판 및 이를 포함하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 배면 기판 상의 어드레스 전극에 알루미늄을 포함하는 층과 은을 포함하는 층이 적층된 이중층을 포함시킴으로써, 가스 리크(leak)가 발생하지 않고 표면 크랙 또는 탈락이 발생하지 않으며 저항이 상승하지 않아 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a paste composition for electrode which comprises: a conductive powder; an organic vehicle and a glass frit which is coated with a conductive metal. The paste composition for electrode is capable of maintaining an excellent resistance in a low content of conductive powder, reducing a void and increasing a density.

PURPOSE: A composition for fabricating an electrode is provided to prevent undercut and edge curl and to remove defects such as cracks, bubbles, pinhole, and opens. CONSTITUTION: A composition for fabricating an electrode comprises (a) conductive powder, (b) organic binder, (c) glass frit and (d) solvent. The organic binder(b) comprises a copolymer having an ethylenically unsaturated group to a side chain. The copolymer having the ethylenically unsaturated group to the side chain comprises a copolymer of (b1) C1-10 alkyl(meth)acrylate. (b2) carboxylic acid, and (b3) (meth)acrylic (meth)acrylate represented by chemical formula 1.

A composition for fabricating electrode and plasma display panel including the electrode produced thereby are provided to suppress the fault generation of the panel by printing a dielectric after the pattern formation of electrode to sinter it. The electrode composition for formation comprises the conductive material, the glass frit, the organic binder, the photopolymerizable compound, the photoinitiator and the solvent. The average particle diameter(D50) of the glass frit is 1~3mum. The glass frit has more than 10% permeability in the optical wavelength 400nm. The conductive material is made of one or more metal powders selected from the group consisting of gold, silver, copper, nickel, palladium, platinum and aluminum. The organic binder is selected from polyacrylo-nitrile and cellulose type polymer.

The present invention relates to a composition for forming a solar cell electrode containing conductive powder, a glass frit, and an organic vehicle. The glass frit is a bismuth oxide-tellurium oxide-zinc oxide-lithium oxide-based glass frit containing 5 to 20 wt% of bismuth oxide, 55 to 80 wt% of tellurium oxide, 0.1 to 15 wt% of zinc oxide, and 0.1 to 10 wt% of lithium oxide. The solar cell electrode that is produced by using the composition for forming a solar cell electrode has low series resistance (Rs) and high open-circuit voltage (Voc), and thus is excellent in conversion efficiency and ribbon adhesion strength.

PURPOSE: An electrode forming composition and an electrode of plasma display panel manufactured by using thereof are provided to remarkably increase membrane intensity and electrical characteristic including specific resistance. CONSTITUTION: An electrode forming composition comprises 1-50 weight% of organic vehicle, 30-70 weight% of conductive material, 0.1-20 weight% of glass frit, and 0.1-5 weight% of inorganic filler. The inorganic filter comprises one or more of aluminium oxide, silicon oxide, and zirconium oxide. The organic vehicle comprises an organic binder, a monomer, or an oligomer, a photo initiator, and a solvent. The conductive material comprises one or more of gold(Au), silver(Ag), copper(Cu), aluminum(Al), palladium(Pd), platinum(Pt), chrome(Cr), cobalt(Co), tin(Sn), lead(Pb), zinc(Zn), iron(Fe), iridium(Ir), osmium(Os), rhodium(Rh), tungsten(W), molybdenum(Mo), nickel(Ni), or ITO(indium-Tin-Oxide). A plasma display panel manufactured by using the electrode fomring composition includes an upper substrate(100), a transparent electrode(110), a lower substrate(200), and a phosphor layer(240).

본 발명은 은 분말; 유리 프릿; 및 유기 비히클을 포함하는 태양전지 전극 형성용 조성물로서, 상기 유리 프릿은 유리전이온도가 100 내지 300℃이며, 열중량·시차열(TG-DTA) 분석시, DTA 곡선상 발열피크가 나타나는 개시온도가 200 내지 400℃인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 태양전지 전극 형성용 조성물로 제조된 태양전지 전극은 개방전압과 단락전류밀도가 높아 변환효율 및 Fill Factor값이 우수하다.

PURPOSE: An electrode paste composition is provided to improve electric conductivity without increase of resistance even after increasing content of glass frit, and to increase film density of an electrode. CONSTITUTION: An electrode paste composition includes 30-80 wt% of a conductive powder, 1-30 wt% of an organic binder, 1-20 wt% of a photopolymerizable compound, 5-40 wt% of a glass frint, and 0.1-10 wt% of an initiator, and residual solvent. The glass frit includes MgO and Na2O. The amount of the MgO and Na2O are 1-10 wt%. The glass frit includes Bi2O3, B2O3, SiO2, Al2O3, MgO and Na2O. An electrode is manufactured by using the electrode paste composition.
