PURPOSE: A phosphorus compound with a new structure is provided to hydrolysis resistance and heat resistance at high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A phosphorus compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the phosphorus compound of chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of reacting phosphorus oxychloride and a compound of chemical formula 2; and a step of reacting the product with biphenol. A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition contains 100 parts by weight of thermoplastic resin and 0.1-50 parts by weight of the phosphorus compound.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An environment-friendly flame retardant polycarbonate-based resin composition is provided to ensure excellent flame retardancy and to avoid the generation of poisonous gas in processing or combustion. CONSTITUTION: A non-halogen flame retardant polycarbonate resin composition includes, based on 100 parts by weight of a base resin, 0.5~30 parts by weight of a phosphorous-based compound having a structure of chemical formula (I) or mixture thereof. The base resin consists of (A) 30-100 weight% of a polycarbonate resin and (B) 0-70 weight% of rubber-modified aromatic vinyl resin. In chemical formula (I), R1 and R2 are independently C1~10 alkyl group, and C5~7 cycloalkyl group or phenyl group.

PURPOSE: A novel phosphorus compound and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent harmful gas generation in burning or processing. CONSTITUTION: A phosphorus compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 is independently alkyl group of C1-C6 or aryl group. The phosphorus compound is bis(4-tert-butylphenyl) phenylphosphonate of chemical formula 2 or (2,4,6-trimethylphenyl) phenylphosphonate of chemical formula 3. The phosphorus compound is prepared by reacting a compound of chemical formula 4 with a compound of chemical formula 5 under the presence of organic amine compound. The organic amine compound is pyridine, triethyl amine, or mixture thereof.

A flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition is provided to be stable against firing and to exhibit excellent flame retardancy while maintaining well-balanced physical properties of a base resin comprising a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl-based resin and a polyphenylene ester-based resin. A flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition comprises 0.1-30 parts by weight of a nitrogen-containing phosphoric acid ester compound based on 100 parts by weight of the base resin. The base resin comprises 40-90wt% of a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl-based resin and 10-60wt% of a polyphenylene ester-based resin. The nitrogen-containing phosphoric acid ester compound has a structure represented by the following formula 1, wherein R is a C4-10 alkyl group, cycloalkyl group, or aryl group.

A flame retardant polyamide resin composition of the present invention has good flame retardancy and prevents the lowering of crystallinity, and comprises a polyamide resin; a filler; a flame retardant agent; and a polyphenylene sulfide-based resin. The flame retardant agent is characterized in including a polymer containing a unit represented by the following Formula 1. The present invention relates to a polycarbonate based optical resin composition which comprises: (A) 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; and (B) 0.001-0.05 parts by weight of fine diamond particulates with average particle size of 0.1-10μm. By introducing the fine diamond particles, the natural mechanical properties of the polycarbonate resin is maintained and its optical diffusion and optical transmittance is significantly improved.
