본 발명은 폴리카보네이트계 수지(A)를 30∼100 중량% 포함하는 기초수지 100 중량부; 및 중합형 인계 화합물(C) 0.1∼40 중량부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성이 우수한 열가소성 수지 조성물을 제공한다. 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 중합형 난연제인 인계 화합물을 난연제로 적용하여 우수한 난연성을 가지면서도, 충격강도, 내열도, 유동성 등의 물성 발란스가 뛰어나며, 친환경적이다.

Polysiloxane of the present invention is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, each of R1 and R2 is independently a C1-C10 alkyl group, C6-C18 aryl group, or halogen or alkoxy-containing C1-C10 alkyl group or C6-C18 aryl group; each of A and B is independently substituted or unsubstituted C2-C20 hydrocarbon group, or -O- or -S- containing substituted or unsubstituted C2-C20 hydrocarbon group; Z is substituted or unsubstituted C1-C24 hydrocarbon group or substituted or unsubstituted C1-C24 hydrocarbon group containing ester bond, urethane bond, or a combination thereof; Y is independently hydrogen atom, halogen, C1-C18 halogenated alkyl group, cyano group (-CN), or ester group; and each of m and n is independently an integer from 4 to 100. The polysiloxane uses an end group with reduced electron density, thereby improving low temperature impact strength and yellowness index.

PURPOSE: A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition is provided to include a biphenyl polyphosphate, thereby improving flame retardancy, heat resistance, impact resistance, dispersity, and transparency. CONSTITUTION: A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition includes 100.0 parts by weight of a base resin and 0.1-30 parts by weight of a biphenyl polyphosphate represented by chemical formula 2. The base resin includes 10-99 wt% of a polycarbonate resin and 1-90 wt% of a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl-based copolymer. The weight average molecular weight of the biphenyl polyphosphate is 1,000-50,000 g/mol. The rubber-modified aromatic vinyl-based copolymer is a polymer of a rubber polymer, an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, and a monomer copolymerizable with the aromatic vinyl-based monomer.

CONSTITUTION: A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition comprises; a basic resin which includes an aromatic vinyl resin and polyphenylene oxide resin of 100.0 weight part; and biphenyl polyphosphate of 0.1-30 weight part which is indicated as a chemical formula. The R is hydrogen, a substitution or non-substitution C1-5 alkyl group, a substitution or non-substitution C2-5 alkenyl group, a substitution or non-substitution C5-6 cycloalkyl group, a substitution or non-substitution C5-6 cycloalkenyl group, a substitution or non-substitution C6-20 aryl group, or a substituted or non-substituted C6-20 aryloxy group.
