본 발명은 폴리카보네이트계 수지(A)를 30∼100 중량% 포함하는 기초수지 100 중량부; 및 중합형 인계 화합물(C) 0.1∼40 중량부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성이 우수한 열가소성 수지 조성물을 제공한다. 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 중합형 난연제인 인계 화합물을 난연제로 적용하여 우수한 난연성을 가지면서도, 충격강도, 내열도, 유동성 등의 물성 발란스가 뛰어나며, 친환경적이다.

본 발명의 폴리에테르설폰 제조방법은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 반복단위를 포함하는 폴리아릴렌 에테르 설폰-설파이드 화합물을 유기산 수용액 및 과산화수소 수용액으로 산화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 폴리에테르설폰의 제조방법은 전체 공정이 190℃ 이하의 온화한 조건에서 수행되며, 염기성 화합물로부터 형성되는 반응 부산물 분리 등 복잡한 후처리 공정 없이, 경제적으로 폴리에테르설폰을 제조할 수 있다. [화학식 1]

PURPOSE: An environment-friendly flame retardant polycarbonate-based resin composition is provided to ensure excellent flame retardancy and to avoid the generation of poisonous gas in processing or combustion. CONSTITUTION: A non-halogen flame retardant polycarbonate resin composition includes, based on 100 parts by weight of a base resin, 0.5~30 parts by weight of a phosphorous-based compound having a structure of chemical formula (I) or mixture thereof. The base resin consists of (A) 30-100 weight% of a polycarbonate resin and (B) 0-70 weight% of rubber-modified aromatic vinyl resin. In chemical formula (I), R1 and R2 are independently C1~10 alkyl group, and C5~7 cycloalkyl group or phenyl group.

본 발명에 따른 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물은 (A) 폴리카보네이트 수지 30∼99 중량% 및 (B) 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 수지 1∼70 중량%로 이루어지는 기초수지 100 중량부에 대하여, (C) (C1) 포스페이트계 화합물 및 (C2) 포스포네이트계 화합물로 이루어지는 인계 화합물 0.1∼40 중량부를 포함한다. 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물은 2종의 인계 화합물을 난연제로 적용하여 우수한 난연성을 가지면서도, 내열도가 뛰어난 물성을 나타낸다.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing phosphorus compounds is provided to prepare phosphorus compound at high yield and to prevent remnants of alkali metal ions. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing phosphorus compounds of chemical formula 1 comprises a step of reacting pentaerythritol and dichloride phosphonate under the presence of an acid catalyst and a step of treating a reactant with alkylene oxide of chemical formula 2. A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition contains 0.1-30 parts by weight of the phosphorus compounds based on 100 parts by weight of polycarbonate resin. The number-average molecular weight of the composition is 10,000-20,000 g/mol.
