본 발명의 점착제 조성물은 (A)아크릴계 수지; (B)이소시아네이트계 가교제; (C)카보디이미드계 가교제를 포함하여 이루어지고, 에이징 1일후와 에이징 4일 후 JIS 2107 규격에 의한 180도 박리력 차이가 100 g/25mm 이하 이고, 내열박리력이 2000 g/25mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: An adhesive composition and an optical member using the same are provided to improve light leakage phenomenon by increasing elasticity and forming three dimensional matrixes through a reaction control. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition comprises acrylic resin, isocyanate based cross-linker, and a carbodiimide based cross-linking agent. The distance in which the adhesive composition is pushed away is less than 100 micro meters when adding 10 gf/mm^2 of load for 1000 seconds, and the storage modulus at 10Hz and 30 deg. Celsius is 1×10^5 - 1×10^7 Pa. The Acrylic resin includes 0.01-5 wt% of (meta)acrylate copolymer which includes monomer containing a hydroxy group. The Acrylic resin comprises 85-99 wt% of a first (meta) acrylate copolymer which includes a monomer containing less than 0.01 wt% of hydroxy group, 1-15 wt% of a second (meta)acrylate copolymer which includes a monomer containing 0.01-5 wt% of hydroxy group. The average molecular weight of the first (meta)acrylate copolymer is 1,000,000-2,000,000 g/mol, and the average molecular weight of the second (meta) acrylate copolymer is 500,000-1,500,000 g/mol.

PURPOSE: An acrylic adhesive compostion is provided to improve light leakage phenomenon, and to have excellent heat resistance and release strength, thereby restraining delamination and coming-off phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: An acrylic adhesive compostion comprises acrylic copolymer and a hardener. The acrylic copolymer comprises 60-98 weight% of (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester, 1-10 weight% of a (meth)acrylic acid ester containing a hydroxyl group, and 1-30 weight% of a compound containing furyl group. The furyl group is a furyl group, a tetrahydrofuryl group, a furylmethyl group(furfuryl group), or a tetrahydrofurfuryl group. The composition additionally comprises a silane compound.

PURPOSE: An adhesive composition and an optical member using the same are provided to improve a light leakage phenomenon expressed according to the size of a polarizer by enhancing elastic modulus by forming cubic matrix through the reaction control. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition comprises: 100 parts by weight of a (meth)acrylate copolymer including repeating units derived from a C1-20 alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer, an aromatic group-containing monomer, and a carboxyl group-containing monomer; 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent; 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent; and 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of a crosslinking catalyst, wherein the adhesive composition provides an adhesive having a gel fraction of about 85% or more as defined by equation 1: Gel fraction(%)=(A/B)*100. In equation 1, A is a mass measured after dissolving the adhesive at 23deg.C. for 48 hours using a solvent and then drying for 24 hours, and B is an initial mass.

PURPOSE: An adhesive composition is provided to improve light leakage phenomenon in a medium or large size by introducing an aromatic monomer with a positive birefringence and a semi-IPN structure of high modulus. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition includes: 100.0 parts by weight of a (meth)acrylate copolymer polymerized from a monomer mixture including C1-20 alkyl(meth)acrylate and an aromatic group-containing monomer; 1-10 parts by weight of cross-linking agent; and 0.01-0.5 parts by weight of silane coupling agent. The gel fraction represented by formula 1: gel fraction(%)=(A/B)×100.

본 발명은 1종 이상의 히드록시기를 갖는 아크릴레이트 및 1종 이상의 카르복시기를 갖는 아크릴레이트와 관능성 모노머, 연질 아크릴모노머 및 경질 아크릴 모노머로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 모노머를 공중합한 아크릴계 공중합 바인더, 이소시아네이트계 또는 에폭시기를 갖는 1종 이상의 경화제를 포함하는 점착제 조성물을 이용하여 편광베이스부재 및 편광베이스부재의 양면에 형성되는 보호필름을 포함하는 편광판을 디스플레이 기판에 점착시키되, 상기 점착제 조성물로 형성한 점착층과 보호필름 사이의 투묘력이 600gf/25㎜ 이상이고, 상기 투묘력이 점착층과 상기 디스플레이 기판 사이의 박리력보다 100gf/25㎜ 이상 높게 나타나도록 함으로써, 편광판의 변형에 용이하게 대응할 수 있고 빛샘 및 리웍을 개선시킬 수 있도록 하는 점착제 조성물 및 이를 적용한 편광판에 관한 것이다.
