Abstract: PURPOSE: A flameproof thermoplastic resin composition is provided to be environment-friendly used without containing halogen and to obtain excellent flame retardant property, shock resistance, heat resistance, and chemical resistance by increasing mobility. CONSTITUTION: A flameproof thermoplastic resin composition is comprised of 100.0 parts by weight of a base resin and 5-30 parts by weight of an aromatic phosphate ester compound. The base resin includes 5-40 weight% of a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl copolymer resin, 30-90 weight% of a polycarbonate resin, and 1-50 weight% of an amorphous polymer resin. The rubber-modified aromatic vinyl copolymer resin includes 10-60 weight% of a rubber elastomer, 20-80 weight% of aromatic vinyl monomer, and 5-45 weight% of a monomer which is capable of being copolymerized with the aromatic vinyl monomer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A flame-retarding scratch-resistant thermoplastic resin composition is provided to prevent the degradation of the coloring ability, and to reduce the difference of the refractive index between polycarbonate and an acrylic resin. CONSTITUTION: A flame-retarding scratch-resistant thermoplastic resin composition contains the following: 100 parts of base resin by weight; 0.1~6 parts of fatty acid carboxylic acid amide compound by weight; 1~50 parts of flame retardant by weight; and 1~30 parts of reinforcing agent. The base resin includes 40~80 parts of polycarbonate resin by weight, 1~50 parts of modified (meth)acrylic copolymer resin by weight, and 0.1~50 parts of aromatic vinyl resin by weight. The refractive index of the modified (meth)acrylic copolymer resin is 1.495~1.590.

CONSTITUTION: A flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition contains the following: 100 parts of base resin by weigh formed with 50~90wt% of rubber-modified aromatic vinyl group copolymer resin, and 10~50wt% of (meth)acrylate resin; 0.1~20 parts of (meth)acrylate-based polymer bead by weight; 1~30 parts of halogen based compound by weight; and 0.1~15 parts of flame-retardant adjuvant by weight. The rubber-modified aromatic vinyl group copolymer resin is formed with 10~40wt% of aromatic vinyl group graft copolymer resin, and 60~90wt% of aromatic vinyl group copolymer resin.

CONSTITUTION: A flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition with the improved scratch resistance contains the following: 100 parts of base resin by weight formed with 50~90wt% of polycarbonate resin, and 10~50wt% of (meth)acrylate-based resin; 1~50 parts of flame retardant by weight; and 0.1~20 parts of cross-linked (meth)acrylate polymer bead by weight. The (meth)acrylate-based resin is a copolymer including 50~100wt% of alkyl (meth)acrylate with the carbon number of 1~4, and 0.5~50wt% of monomer capable of interpolymerizing with the alkyl (meth)acrylate.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A scratch resistance thermoplastic resin composition is provided to minimize refractive index difference between resins and to ensure commerciality. CONSTITUTION: A scratch resistance thermoplastic resin composition contains: 30-80 weight% of polycarbonate resin, and 20-70 weight% of copolymer having (metha)acrylate having aromatic family of 1-10 carbon atoms or aliphatic substituent and vinylic monomer. The vinylic monomer has 1.6 or more refractive index in a homopolymer. The refractive index of the polycarbonate resin is 1.57-1.59. The (meta)acrylate has 80 weight% or more of methylmethacrylate.

Abstract: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to secure excellent fire retardancy and scratch resistance by using halloysite as an aluminum silicate inorganic filler. A scratch-resistant flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition comprises a base resin 100.0 parts by weight, a flame retardant 1-50 parts by weight, and halloysite 1-20 parts by weight of the chemical formula of Al2Si2O5(OH)4. The base resin is made of (A) polycarbonate-based resin 20-90 weight% and (B) methacrylate-based 10-80 weight%. The methacrylate-based resin (B) is a methylmethacrylate 50-100 weight%, and a monomer 0-50 weight% capable of being copolymerized with the methylmethacrylate. The halloysite has a diameter of 40-200 nanometer.

Abstract: A flame retardant copolymer, and a flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition are provided to improve flame retardancy, to prevent the deterioration of mechanical properties of the copolymer, and to enhance the balance of physical properties of the composition. A flame retardant copolymer comprises 5-98 wt% of a vinyl cyano monomer; 1-94 wt% of an aromatic vinyl monomer; and 1-30 wt% of a vinyl group-containing phosphorus-based monomer. Preferably the vinyl group-containing phosphorus-based monomer is represented by the formula 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein R1 is H or a methyl group; R2 and R3 are independently a methyl group or an ethyl group; and n is 0 or 1. A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of the flame retardant copolymer; and 0.001-50 30 parts by weight of an impact modifier.
