    Abstract: A scratch-resistant flameproof thermoplastic resin composition is provided to be superior in both scratch resistance and flame retardancy, have excellent scratch resistance, and exhibit primary colors such as high black. A scratch-resistant flameproof thermoplastic resin composition includes (A) 100 parts by weight of a base resin, (B) 1-30 parts by weight of a phosphorous-based compound, and (C) 1-30 parts by weight of a halogen-based compound. The base resin comprises (a1) 20-80wt% of a polycarbonate-based resin and (a2) 20-80wt% of an alkyl(meth)acrylate-based resin. The resin composition further comprises (D) 1-30 parts by weight of an impact reinforcing agent based on 100 parts by weight of the base resin.

    Abstract: A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition is provided to improve flame retardancy and impact resistance. A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 5-40 parts by weight of a rubber modified aromatic vinyl copolymer resin containing an epoxy group; (B) 30-90 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; (C) 1-50 parts by weight of a polyester resin; and (D) 5-30 parts by weight of an aromatic phosphate compound based on 100 parts by weight of the base resin (A)+(B)+(C). Preferably the rubber modified aromatic vinyl copolymer resin containing an epoxy group comprises 0.5-95 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl graft copolymer resin; and 5-99.5 parts by weight of a vinyl copolymer resin containing an epoxy group.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A polycarbonate resin composition is provided to secure the fire retardant property, the mobility, and the workability of the composition, and to use the composition for an interior and exterior decorative material of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A polycarbonate resin composition contains 100 parts of base resin by weight, and 1~50 parts of flame retardant by weight. The base resin includes 65~99wt% of polycarbonate resin, and 1~35wt% of (meth)acrylic acid ester based polymer with the weight average molecular weight of 5,000~30,000 grams per mol. The (meth)acrylic acid ester based polymer is produced by polymerizing 80~99wt% of methacrylic acid alkyl ester monomer, and 1~20wt% of monomer capable of radical polymerizing with the methacrylic acid alkyl ester monomer.

    Abstract: A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition is provided to improve scratch resistance and to obtain satisfactory mechanical strength and flame retardancy. A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a base resin which comprises 30-90 parts by weight of a polycarbonate-based resin, 20-50 parts by weight of a poly(methyl methacrylate) resin, and 5-50 parts by weight of a polyethylene terephthalate-based resin; and 5-30 parts by weight of a phosphorus-based flame retardant.
