The present invention relates to a composition for controlling harmful algal blooms which prevents red tide and green tide in an environment-friendly method by using a dendrimer, which is a branched compound, and a dendrimer that is equipped with a poorly water-soluble algicidal compound and controls water pollution. The present invention provides a soluble composition for controlling harmful algal blooms including a polyamidoamine dendrimer having a hydrophilic amine group surface as an active ingredient and a soluble composition for controlling harmful algal blooms including a thiazolidinedione derivative compound as an active ingredient. 본 발명은 영양염류로 인한 유해조류의 이상 증식을 방지하기 위한 유해조류 방제용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물 또는 그의 염을 포함하는 유해조류 방제용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 화학식 1의 화합물을 포함하는 조성물은 해양, 하천 또는 강 등에서 녹조 및 적조와 같은 조류의 이상 증식을 유발하는 녹조류, 남조류, 규조류, 유글레노이드류, 편모조류 및 황녹색조류의 생장 및 증식을 억제하는 살조 효과가 우수하므로 녹조 및 적조 피해를 예방하고 수질오염을 방지하는데 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

A composition for preventing red tide contains HpDNAV as an active ingredient. The composition is manufactured in the form of directly injectable solution, power, suspension, high-concentrated aqueous or oil or other suspension, dispersion, emulsion, oil dispersion, paste, dust, or granules. The red tide is caused by Heterocapsa pygmaea.

PURPOSE: A method for controlling harmful algae using water soluble organic clay is provided to prevent effect to other marine ecosystems and to selectively prevent the harmful algae. CONSTITUTION: A water soluble organic clay controls harmful algae. The water soluble organic clay is metal ionic phylloxilicate having attached functional group selected from amino propyl, mercaptopropyl, methyl, phenyl, methacryloxy propyl, and glycyldeoxypropyl group. The functional group is amino propyl. A method for preparing the water soluble organic clay comprises: a step of dissolving magnesium chloride hexahydrite in ethanol; a step of adding 2-aminopropyl triethoxy silane(APTES) to the magnesium chloride hexahydrite to form a white float; a step of stirring the solution having the white float; a step of centrifuging the solution to separate into precipitate and supernatant; a step of suspending the precipitate in ethanol and centrifuging 2-5 times; and a step of dissolving water soluble organic clay in distilled water.

CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing harmful algae contains a compound of chemical formula 1 or salt thereof as an active ingredient. In chemical formula 1, X and Y is independently O, S, C, or N. The harmful algae are cyanophyceae, bacillariophyceae, euglenoids, flagellates, or chrysophyceae. The final concentration of the compound or salt thereof is 0.001uM-10uM.

PURPOSE: A mass production of bio indigo using a recombinant E.coli is provided to ensure enable environmentally-friendly and economic production of bio indigo. CONSTITUTION: A large amount of bio indigos are prepared by batch or continuous culture using a recombinant E.coli DH5alpha/pBlue1.7(KCTC 11438BP) containing flavin-containing monooxygenase. The batch culture is performed in 3000L of culture bath at 20-40°C and pH 6.5-pH 7.5 for 20-30 hours. The continuous culture is performed in a 5L of culture bath.

PURPOSE: A peptide for preventing red tide is provided to ensure excellent anti-tidal activity without cytotoxicity and enable natural decomposition. CONSTITUTION: A peptide for preventing red tide has an amino acid which is substituted from positive charge to negative charge in a helix peptide with antibiotic activity. The amino acid with positive charge is a hydrophilic part. A peptide of helix structure with antibiotic activity is an amino acid of sequence number 1. A peptide for preventing red tide is an amino acid of sequence number 2. A composition for preventing red tide contains a peptide of sequence number 2 as an active ingredient. The composition has prevention activity to Alexandrium sp., Alexandrium catanella, Skeletonema costatum, or Prorocentrum minimum.
