Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for developing iPSc using pancreatic epithelial cells and a composition for the same are provided to identify diabetes-related mechanism and to develop a therapeutic agent for treating diabetes. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing iPSc(induced pluripotent stem cell) comprises a step of culturing pancreatic epithelial cells from an NOD(nonobese diabetic) mouse. A composition for preparing the iPSc contains the NOD mouse as an active ingredient. A method for establishing iPSc comprises: a step of producing virus particles containing oct4, sox2, klf4 or c-myc gene and a step of introducing the gene into the pancreatic epithelial cells.

PURPOSE: A method for developing induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSc) using nonobese diabetic(NOD) mouse-derived amnion epithelial cells is provided to identify diabetes mechanism and to develop a therapeutic agent for treating diabetes. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSc) comprise a step of culturing amnion epithelial cells derived from NOD(nonobese diabeteic) mouse amnion. A composition for preparing iPSc contains the amnion epithelial cells as an active ingredient. A vector for establishing iPSc contains oct4, sox2, klf4 or c-myc gene.

Provided is a 3,4'-dihydroxyflavone having apoptosis function of keratinocyte so as to be usefully used for functional cosmetic composition or pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating the apoptosis. The composition for suppressing apoptosis of keratinocyte comprises 3,4'-dihydroxyflavone as an effective ingredient, and is characterized in that it inhibits the apoptosis by inhibiting the intracellular generation of reactive oxygen species and activity of extracellular signal related kinase(ERK) signal path.

본발명은그래핀옥사이드―폴리에틸렌이민복합체의유전자전달용도에관한것으로, 보다구체적으로그래핀옥사이드-폴리에틸렌이민복합체를포함하는유전자전달체, 이를이용한유도(역분화) 만능줄기세포의제조방법, 이로부터제조된만능줄기세포및 세포치료제조성물에관한것이다. 본발명의 GO-PEI 복합체는역분화만능줄기세포를유도하는전사인자의 RNA와안정적으로결합하여세포내로효과적으로도입될수 있으며, 일정한세포증식후에는세포내 함량이미미하여, 역분화만능줄기세포의안전하고효율적인생성방법으로유용하게사용될수 있다. 또한, 일반적인유전자도입방법을대체하여다양한세포주들에외래단백질을효율적으로발현시킬수 있는발현시스템으로활용될수 있다.
