Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for promoting differentiation of embryonic stem cells into neuronal precursor cells is provided to enhance cell survival rate and differentiation efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for promoting differentiatioin of embryonic stem cells into neuronal precursor cells comprise a step of introducing Bax inhibitor-1 gene to embryonic stem cells and expressing the Bax inhibitor-1 in the embryonic stem cells. The Bax inhibitor-1 has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. The Bax inhibitor-1 gene has a base of sequence number 2. A composition for promoting differentiation of the embryonic stem cells into neuronal precursor cells contains the Bax inhibitor-1 as an active ingredient.

본 발명은 췌장상피세포를 이용한 효율적인 역분화 만능유도세포 개발방법 및 그 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 비만이 없는 당뇨병 (Nonobese diabetic, NOD) 생쥐 유래 췌장상피세포를 이용한 효율적인 역분화 만능유도세포 개발 및 그 조성물에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A method for developing iPSc using pancreatic epithelial cells and a composition for the same are provided to identify diabetes-related mechanism and to develop a therapeutic agent for treating diabetes. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing iPSc(induced pluripotent stem cell) comprises a step of culturing pancreatic epithelial cells from an NOD(nonobese diabetic) mouse. A composition for preparing the iPSc contains the NOD mouse as an active ingredient. A method for establishing iPSc comprises: a step of producing virus particles containing oct4, sox2, klf4 or c-myc gene and a step of introducing the gene into the pancreatic epithelial cells.

PURPOSE: A method for developing induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSc) using nonobese diabetic(NOD) mouse-derived amnion epithelial cells is provided to identify diabetes mechanism and to develop a therapeutic agent for treating diabetes. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSc) comprise a step of culturing amnion epithelial cells derived from NOD(nonobese diabeteic) mouse amnion. A composition for preparing iPSc contains the amnion epithelial cells as an active ingredient. A vector for establishing iPSc contains oct4, sox2, klf4 or c-myc gene.
