본발명은기상공정에의해금속-세라믹코어-쉘구조의복합체분말을제조하는신규제조방법및 상기제조방법에의해제조된적층세라믹커패시터용금속-세라믹코어-쉘구조의복합체분말을제공한다. 본발명에서는기존금속-세라믹코어-쉘구조의복합체를합성하는복잡한액상공정을기상공정으로대체할수 있을뿐만아니라, 종래환원분위기를유지할수 없는화염분무열분해공정을적용함에도불구하고다양한조성을갖는금속-세라믹코어-쉘구조의신규소재를합성할수 있다. 따라서적층세라믹커패시터,이차전지,의료기기,촉매등의여러응용분야에적용이가능한금속-세라믹코어-쉘구조를가진다양한조성의소재를제공할수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for promoting differentiation of embryonic stem cells into neuronal precursor cells is provided to enhance cell survival rate and differentiation efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for promoting differentiatioin of embryonic stem cells into neuronal precursor cells comprise a step of introducing Bax inhibitor-1 gene to embryonic stem cells and expressing the Bax inhibitor-1 in the embryonic stem cells. The Bax inhibitor-1 has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. The Bax inhibitor-1 gene has a base of sequence number 2. A composition for promoting differentiation of the embryonic stem cells into neuronal precursor cells contains the Bax inhibitor-1 as an active ingredient.

CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating viral diseases contains isorhamnetin compounds as an active ingredient. The isorhamnetin compound is an analog or homolog of isorhamnetin compounds. The virus is influenza virus. The composition suppresses hemagglutinin protein and neuraminidase protein activities. A viral gene is hemagglutinin or neuraminidase gene. A composition for preventing or treating viral diseases contains 3,4'-dihydroxyflavone compounds as an active ingredient.

PURPOSE: A composition containing specific flavoid derivative is provided to ensure efficiency of maintaining and growing dedifferentiation pluripotent stem cell. CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving prolifation and differentiation of dedifferentiation pluripotent stem cells contains 3,2'-dihydroxyflavone(DHF) as an active ingredient. The effective amount is 1-10uM. The composition has an effect of maintaining undifferentiation of the stem cells. The dedifferentiation pluripotent stem cells are derived from mammal. The composition contains flavoid with dihydroxyflavone(DHF) and 3,4'-dihydroxyflavone(DHF).

Provided in the present invention are a new method for manufacturing metal ceramic core shell-structured magnetic material powder and a metal ceramic core shell-structured magnetic material powder manufactured by the same. According to the present invention, a complex liquid process for synthesizing traditional metal ceramic core shell-structured magnetic material powder can be replaced with a gas process. Moreover, in spite of a flame-spraying pyrolysis process wherein a traditional reducing atmosphere cannot be sustained, a new metal ceramic core shell-structured material having various compositions can be synthesized. Therefore, the present invention can be usefully applied to various applied fields such as a heat storage material, a solar heating material, an automobile part, an electronic material, and the like.

The present invention provides: a novel method of preparing composite powder having a metal-ceramic core-shell structure by a gas phase process; and composite powder having a metal-ceramic core-shell structure for a multi-layered ceramic capacitor prepared by the same method. According to the present invention, the prior liquid phase process, which is complicated, for synthesizing a composite product having a metal-ceramic core-shell structure can be replaced by the gas phase process. Moreover, a novel material having a metal-ceramic core-shell structure with various compositions can be synthesized. Therefore, a material, which has the metal-ceramic core-shell structure and various compositions, and can be applied to various fields, for example, the multi-layered ceramic capacitor, a secondary battery, medical equipment, a catalyst and so on, can be provided.
