    Abstract: A fabric and a method for etching the fabric three-dimensionally are provided to form various patterns on the fabric and improve aesthetic feeling and touch feeling of the fabric. A surface of a fabric is etched by using an etching solution and two types of screens having different screen patterns. The infiltration depth of the etching solution is controlled according to hole diameters of the screen patterns and viscosity of the etching solution. The etching process of the fabric is performed by positioning the screens on the fabric, and applying the etching solution onto the fabric, wherein the etching process is performed at least two times.
