Abstract: 본 발명은 원단의 3차원 에칭 방법, 및 이로부터 제조되는 원단에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 서로 다른 패턴이 형성된 적어도 2종의 스크린과 에칭 호제를 이용하여 원단의 표면을 에칭하며, 상기 스크린 패턴의 공경, 또는 에칭 호제의 점도를 조절하여 에칭 호제의 침투 깊이를 조절함으로써, 에칭 깊이를 조절하는 원단의 3차원 에칭 방법, 및 이로부터 제조되는 원단에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 3차원 에칭 방법은 원단에 다양한 질감과 패턴을 형성할 수 있으며, 이로부터 제조되는 원단은 심미감과 촉감이 뛰어나 고급 내장재 등으로 사용될 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Abstract: A fabric and a method for etching the fabric three-dimensionally are provided to form various patterns on the fabric and improve aesthetic feeling and touch feeling of the fabric. A surface of a fabric is etched by using an etching solution and two types of screens having different screen patterns. The infiltration depth of the etching solution is controlled according to hole diameters of the screen patterns and viscosity of the etching solution. The etching process of the fabric is performed by positioning the screens on the fabric, and applying the etching solution onto the fabric, wherein the etching process is performed at least two times.
