본 발명은 상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 꾸지뽕으로부터 주요 프레닐레이티드 플라보노이드를 분리하는 방법으로서, 원심분리 분배 크로마토그래피( centrifugal partition chromatography)를 사용하여 적은양의 용매와 보다 적은 노동력으로 꾸지뽕으로부터 주요 프레닐레이티드 플라보노이드를 분리하는 방법을 제공한다. CPC는 분리하고자 하는 물질이 다양한 용매의 조성으로 이루어진 섞이지 않는 두층의 용매에 대한 친화력을 이용하여 물질을 분리하는 방법으로, 물질을 분리하는데 있어 고체의 고정상을 사용하지 않기 때문에 시료의 손실이 없고, 고가의 용매를 다량사용하지 않아도 되기 때문에 경제적이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 꾸지뽕의 주요 물질인 6,8-디프레닐오로볼(6,8-diprenylorobol), 6,8-디프레닐게니스테인(6,8-diprenylgenistein) 또는 4´- O -메틸알피눔이소플라본(4´- O -methylalpinumisoflavone)와 같은 프레닐레이티드 플라보노이드의 대량생산을 가능하게 하여, 식품분야, 의학분야, 산업분야에서의 활용 가능성을 넓힐 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An extracting method of a pine tree bark extract using an accelerated solvent etraction is provided to improve extracting rate, to increase antioxidant ingredients contained in the extract, and to diversify the kind of antioxidant ingredients. CONSTITUTION: An extracting method of a pine tree bark extract comprises the step of: processing a subcritical solvent in pine tree bark. The solvent is obtained by treating a mixture of water and ethanol at 150-250 deg. C. The volume ratio of the mixture of water and ethanol is 0.1-10:1. The pine tree is pini koraiensis radix, pinus densiflora, or forma erecta. The Chamaenerion angustifolium extract inhibits inflammation and improves skin elasticity. The composition has a formulation of external skin application. The composition represents cosmetics or health foods. The Chamaenerion angustifolium extract is an active ingredient in the composition.

A composition containing Ortilia secunda extracts is provided to show wrinkle and elasticity improvement by the Ortilia secunda extracts having effects of inhibiting type I collagenase and AP-1 and increasing generation of collagen while suppressing decomposition of the collagen. A composition for wrinkle improvement comprises Ortilia secunda extracts obtained by adding water and C1-C4 low alcohol such as ethanol and methanol or mixed solvents thereof. The Ortilia secunda extracts are active ingredients in the composition for wrinkle improvement. The Ortilia secunda extracts eliminate radicals. The composition has a formulation of external skin application. The composition for wrinkle improvement represents antioxidant.
