    Abstract: Obtaining a PAN/H2O mixture of gel crystal, it is extruded simply through a die, an extrusion which has a collection of tiny fibers in its inner structure is produced, and this extrusion is opened and a new 3rd generation acrylic short fiber is obtained.     Abstract: The PVC structured foam is prepd. by the single extruding vinyl chloride resin with 3-10 phr of lower molecular polar plasticizer and 4-20 phr of the anti- impact modifier. The obtd. hard PVC structured foam has a thick non-foamed surface layer, good transparence, scratch resistance and impact resistance. Pref. the lower polar plasticizer is phthalate gp., cebacate gp. or adiphate gp., and the anti-impact modifier is methacrylic acid methyl-butadience- styrene copolymer or vinyl acetate-butadience-styrene copolymer.

    Abstract: The process for making quinoline-imide polymer includes the steps of ;(a) making diamine by dissolving aromatic quinoline diamine in organic solvent such as N-NMP, N,N-DMAc, N,N-DMP or DMSO; (b) polymerizing by adding aromatic 4-basic oxide anhydride such as PMDA, BPDA, BTDA, ODPA, DSDA, 6FDA or NTDA to it; (c) obtaining polyquinoline amic acid film from it; (d) treaing it with heat. The viscosity of the polymer is above 0.1 dl/g when measuring at 30 deg.C with 0.5% sulfuric acid.

    Abstract: The polyvinylidene chloride compsn. for a transparent film comprises (1-5 phr of) the epoxide soy bean oil, (3-10 phr of) acetyl tributyl citrate, (0.1-1.5 phr of) tetrasodium pyrophosphate (or phosphite deriv. of formula (I)), (0.01-0.1 phr of) phenyl salisylate deriv. (or resochinol benzoate) or formula (II) and (1-5 phr of) dibutyl sebacate (or dioctyladiphate) in the vinylidene chloride- vinylchloride copolymer. In the formulas, R1,R2,R3 is each of phenyl, decyl or dodecyl; R is H, t-butyl or octyl.
