Abstract: PURPOSE: An ozone treatment system for dyeing wastewater and a continuous dye containing wastewater treatment process using the same are provided to reduce color as well as COD. CONSTITUTION: The ozone treatment system comprises three vertical reactors consisting of three packed towers(1,2,3); three recycling tanks(1-a,2-a,3-a); three circulating pumps(5,6,7). Dye-containing wastewater is pumped into the recycling tank(1-a) of the first reactor and then circulated through the packed tower(1) of the first reactor by the circulating pump(5) undergoing counter-current contact with ozone gas stream upward through the bottom of the packed column, a portion of the wastewater being overflown to the next recycling tank(2-a) of the second reactor performing the same sequence as the first reactor. Ozone flows into the bottom of the packed tower(3) of the last reactor and come out form the top of the tower(3) then to the bottom of the second and to the first one.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供用于染色废水的臭氧处理系统和使用其的含有污水处理工艺的连续染料，以减少颜色和COD。 构成：臭氧处理系统包括三个立式反应堆，由三个填料塔组成（1,2,3）; 三个回收罐（1-a，2-a，3-a）; 三台循环泵（5,6,7）。 含有染料的废水被泵送到第一反应器的回收罐（1-a）中，然后通过循环泵（5）循环通过第一反应器的填充塔（1），循环泵（5）经历与臭氧气流向上的逆流接触 通过填充塔的底部，一部分废水溢出到第二反应器的下一再循环罐（2-a），其执行与第一反应器相同的顺序。 臭氧流入最后一个反应器的填充塔（3）的底部，并从塔（3）的顶部出来，然后从第二个塔的顶部到第一个。

Abstract: 본 발명은 폐유기 용제를 함유한 공기를 고분자 흡착제가 충전된 흡착탑에 통과시켜 유기 용제를 제거함으로써 흡착탑을 통과한 공기의 유기 용제 농도를 환경 기준치 이하로 낮추는 단계와, 상기 흡착된 유기 용제로 포화된 흠착제를 진공 상태에서 탈착시켜서 유기 용제를 회수하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폐유기 용제의 회수 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 의해서 유기 용제 사용량을 절감하여 수입 대체 효과를 얻고 공정의 경제성을 높일 수 있다.
