Abstract:
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 나노형광체는, Tb 3 + 과 Eu 3 + 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나와 Ce 3 + 으로 공부활된(co-doped) 불화물계 나노입자를 포함한다. 상기 나노형광체는 단일 파장의 자외선에 의해 여기되어 녹색, 노란색, 주황색, 적색 등 다양한 색으로 발광할 수 있고, 깜박거림 현상이 없고 광안정성이 우수하다. 상기 나노형광체는 바이오 영상 조영제, 투명 디스플레이 장치, 위조 방지 코드 등으로 활용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
A nanophosphor according to one embodiment of the present invention includes at least one selected from a group consisting of Tb^3+, Eu^3+, and a combination thereof; and fluoride-based nanoparticles co-doped with Ce^3+. The nanophosphor is excited by ultraviolet light of a single wavelength and can emit green, yellow, orange, and red light. The nanophosphor has no flickering phenomenon and improves light stability. The nanophosphor can be utilized as a bio-imaging contrast agent, a transparent display device, an anti-counterfeit code, and the like.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A white light-emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement an excellent color rendering property by spreading phosphor and quantum dots on a blue or a long wavelength UV light emitting diode. CONSTITUTION: A white light-emitting diode includes a quantum dot light-emitting layer, a first fluorescent substance emitting light layer, and a transparent sealing layer(111). The quantum dot light-emitting layer includes quantum dots over a light emitting diode chip(215). A first fluorescent substance emitting light layer includes a first fluorescent substance. A sealing layer is formed under the quantum dot light-emitting layer.
