니켈이트리아안정화지르코니아복합체(Ni/YSZ)에귀금속(M)이도핑된것이되, 니켈이트리아안정화지르코니아(YSZ)의표면의니켈사이트(Ni sites)에귀금속(M)과니켈의합금(M-Ni alloy)이형성된건식개질촉매및 이를귀금속/글루코스를이용하여제조하는방법, 상기촉매를이용하여건식개질을수행하는방법이제공된다. 이에따르면, Ni/YSZ 촉매와대비하여훨씬높은건식개질활성을보여줄수 있다. 또한, 열화가억제또는방지되어장기성능도향상할수 있다. 또한, 상기제조방법은 Ni/YSZ 표면의 Ni 사이트에서의귀금속-Ni의합금화를수행하는데유용하고, 또한제조공정을단순화할수 있어대량생산에적합하다.

5-(2,6-디옥시-페닐)테트라졸함유폴리머와그 제조방법, 이를포함하는막, 상기막을포함하는전기화학장치특히고온고분자전해질연료전지를제공한다. 5-(2,6-디옥시-페닐)테트라졸함유폴리머를포함하는막은높은프로톤전도성을제공할수 있으면서도기계적특성이양호하고이에따라우수한연료전지성능을제공할수 있다. 따라서, 해당막은전기화학소자, 특히연료전지, 특히고온고분자전해질연료전지에유용하게사용될수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cardo-polybenzimidazole copolymer, a gas separation membrane and a manufacturing method thereof and, more particularly, to a gas separation membrane which is manufactured using a synthesized cardo-polybenzimidazole copolymer having a cardo group and an aromatic ether group introduced into a main chain of polybenzimidazole and has greatly improved oxygen permeability; and a manufacturing method thereof. The cardo-polybenzimidazole copolymer manufactured according to the present invention can provide a gas separation membrane which has improved solubility compared with existing polybenzimidazole copolymers, maintains thermal stability, has excellent mechanical properties to be able to be manufactured into a film shape, and has greatly improved gas permeability, specifically oxygen permeability.

PURPOSE: A hydrogen pump system is provided to separate or purify hydrogen by an independent operation without external power source. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen pump system includes m hydrogen pumps and n fuel cells. A first hydrogen pump includes a first electrode-membrane assembly; a first hydrogen supply unit located in one side of the first hydrogen pump electrode-membrane assembly; a first residual gas exhaust unit; and a hydrogen exhaust unit located in the opposite side of the electrode-membrane assembly. PURPOSE: A fuel cell electrolyte membrane is provided to have excellent cell performance and long term dimensional stability, and to obtain interfacial stability because a membrane/electrode interface separation phenomenon is not occurred after long term operation. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell electrolyte membrane comprises a blend of sulfonated polymers which are the same, or two or more kinds of polymers having different sulfonation degrees. The sulfonate polymers are independently and respectively selected from sulfonated poly(ether sulfone), poly(thiosulfone), poly(ether ether ketone), polyimide, polystyrene, and polyphosphazene based sulfonated hydrocarbon based polymers. A membrane-electrode assembly comprises the fuel cell electrolyte membrane.

PURPOSE: A molten carbonate fuel cell is provided to enhance mechanical strength and to maintain stability by providing lithium source to electrode. CONSTITUTION: A molten carbonate fuel cell includes reinforced lithium aluminate matrix. Inside the one or more of an air electrode and a fuel electrode, lithium source is filled. The reinforced lithium aluminate matrix is reinforced by including aluminum particles. The melting point of the lithium source is 200-500 deg. Celsius. A manufacturing method of the molten carbonate fuel cell including the reinforced LiAlO2 matrix comprises the following step: providing the lithium source one or more frame channels among the air electrode and the fuel electrode.

본 발명에서는 산과 골로 구성되는 유로를 가지는 연료전지의 분리판으로서, 상기 유로의 산에 도랑 형상의 홈이 하나 이상 형성된 연료전지용 분리판 및 이를 이용한 연료전지를 제공한다. 위와 같이 분리판 유로의 산 부분에 도랑 형상의 홈을 형성하는 것에 의하면 전체적인 연료 및 생성물의 흐름 특성(유동 특성)을 유지하면서도 연료와 전극 간의 접촉면적을 증가시켜 물질전달 증가와 이로 인한 연료 전지 성능 향상을 이룰 수 있다. 연료전지, 분리판, 산, 골, 도랑, 접촉면적, 물질전달
