    Abstract: The method comprises the steps of; operating R2MFC(R2 Multi Frequency Compelled) mode for the purpose of relay signal controlling if possession requirement(101) will be generate, receiving a digit signal from the other switching point(103) using MFC signal method(102), performing telephone call using subscriber single relay switchboard to communicate directly with subscriber which is connected the others switching point after a collection of transmission number and level from the other switching point(109) and a cancellation of R2MFC mode(114), operating DTMC mode using guide broadcasting transmitter(117), collecting subscriber supplying information, cancelling an operation of DTMF mode(123) and a use of guide broadcasting transmitter, and controlling ouput toll signal for the other switching point(124) routing.
