Abstract:
PURPOSE: An energy cognitive routing method considering mobility in a sensor network and a device thereof are provided to set a route in consideration of a remaining energy amount of a sensor node, thereby lengthening lifetime of a wireless sensor network. CONSTITUTION: A mobile node transmits a help message to adjacent nodes in consideration of an available remaining energy amount(S120). The mobile node checks a response for the help message(S122). When the mobile node does not receive a route setup message from the adjacent nodes, the mobile node notifies data transmission unavailability to a previous sensor node(S130). When a sensor node requesting data transmission to the mobile node is not a source node, the sensor node deletes route information for information for the mobile node(S132,S134).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A video call device for group media communication and a processing method thereof are provided to set different display resolution according to the number of participants in the group image communication. CONSTITUTION: An encoding unit(110) compresses the original data into the specific resolution. A plurality of decoding units(120-1~120-N) restores the compressed data by using an assigned memory. A group communication management unit(130) selectively activates at least one or more decoding units from the plurality of decoding units based on the reference information by video call mode which is differentiated by the number of participants in the video call service. The group communication management unit increases the display resolution and the size of the memory based on the reference information.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A parking management service method and apparatus, and a client terminal and server are provided to grasp vehicle movement and vehicle parking status by installing sensor nodes in the parking space and travel route. CONSTITUTION: A client terminal(100) offers communications environment for a parking management service. A network(200) offers information for parking management to the client terminal by interfacing with a client group. A first sensor node senses whether a vehicle is parked in a parking space or not. A second sensor node senses vehicles which are moved in the parking space. A parking management server(300) receives sensing information from the first sensor node and the second sensor node and creates real-time parking space information by processing the sensing information. The parking management server offers the real-time parking space information to the client terminal through the network.

PURPOSE: A simulator based on virtual protocol stack interface is provided to effectively mange a protocol by dynamically loading the simulator using a plug-in method. CONSTITUTION: A simulation engine connection unit(210) includes API(Application Programming Interface) in order to interlock with a simulator engine. A component establishment unit(220) manages protocols of protocol stack as a component type. A session management unit(230) provides the high extendability of the simulator engine by sharing the protocols. A wrapper(240) prevent the failure of the protocols by monitoring the protocols.

PURPOSE: An emulation apparatus of a sensor network is provided to enable a user to obtain accurate emulation result. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of virtual nodes(1110,1120,1130) are corresponded to each sensor nodes. A node connection analyzing unit(1200) grasps the connection relation between the sensor nodes. A virtual node controller(1300) controls each virtual node by using the connection relation. A plurality of virtual nodes(1100) emulates each sensor node. The virtual nodes perform the sensor node operation instead of each sensor node.

PURPOSE: A data transmission system and the transceiving method thereof are provided to transceive data through vehicle designated by a user in remote place and to reduce battery power consumption. CONSTITUTION: An access point(300) recognizes a sleep period of each vehicle. The access point transmits a reception prepare request for data to a specific vehicle from a data providing apparatus. A management server(400) transmits vehicle location from the access point. The management server supplies vehicle location to data providing apparatus according to the request of the data providing apparatus.

PURPOSE: An inactivity / activity duty cycle method is provided to maximize the efficiency of a channel recycle by minimizing the size of a virtual cluster. CONSTITUTION: Each node dynamically searches a 1-hop distance neighbor node by a three step handshake of a Beacon/Approval/ACK frame on a free contention access period of a time frame. Each node selects an initial activation schedule. The activated node selects the next active schedule by the second handshake of the Beacon/Approval frame on the control period. The node activated on the corresponding time slot as an owner has an exclusive channel access right for the corresponding time slot. The node transmits data on the transmission time.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A sensor network simulation system which links with a sensor node emulator is provided to improve accuracy of simulation for a verification target sensor node by emulating the specified sensor node in the unit of mechanical command. CONSTITUTION: A sensor network simulation system includes a sensor node emulator(110) and a sensor network simulator(120). The sensor node emulator simulates a command about an emulation target sensor node and obtains the resultants about the simulation. The sensor network simulator performs simulation about the whole sensor nodes constituting a sensor network with reference to the resultants.

PURPOSE: A system and a method for warning a vehicle collision in a curve road is provided to enable a driver to recognize whether a vehicle is approaching from the opposite side of the vehicle without depending on a reflector mirror. CONSTITUTION: A system for warning a vehicle collision in a curve rod(300) comprises: a reception unit receiving vehicle entry information through a plurality of relay nod devices; a determination unit determining whether the vehicle(400) is approaching in the curve road or note based on the received vehicle entry information; and an alarming unit which creates a signal for alarming the vehicle entry.

A dynamic reconfiguration method of a wireless sensor network and a system thereof are provided to hierarchically configure a node, thereby reducing a repeated request and transmission of unnecessary packets. When data received from a base station is a new library, a library management unit stores the received library in a library storage unit(S330). A received script file is transmitted to at least one end node through an RPC(Remote Procedure Call) server communication unit(S340,S350). Work result data is received from the end node about the script file(S380). The work result data is transmitted to the base station(S400).
