PURPOSE: A three dimensional image display device and a display method are provided to reconstruct three-dimensional image by using control information which is obtained from a control information acquiring device. CONSTITUTION: A display method of a three dimensional image display device control information acquiring device comprises the following steps: a control information acquisition unit(17) is input control information; a three-dimensional broadcasting receiving unit(16) uses the control information delivered from the control information acquiring device as a key; the three dimension broadcasting receiving unit controls binocular parallax between the first image and the second image by using the control information; and the three dimension broadcasting receiving unit processes image division, object division, and binocular parallax control.

2계층 정보를 이용한 모바일 IP 망의 핸드오버 지원장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 핸드오버 지원장치는 접속중인 제1네트워크에서 신규한 제2네트워크로의 핸드오버를 예측한 이동단말로부터 홈서버에 제2네트워크의 주소 등록을 지시하는 등록요청메시지를 수신하고, 수신된 등록요청메시지를 홈서버에 전송하여 제2네트워크의 주소 등록 및 이동단말을 향한 데이터의 제2네트워크로의 터널링을 지시하고, 이동단말이 제2네트워크에 접속할 때까지 터널링된 데이터를 제1네트워크로 포워딩함으로써 모바일 IP 망에서 이동단말에게 버퍼링 없이도 끊김 없는 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공한다. 핸드오버, 서브네트워크, LLH

An apparatus for processing billing information via an internet and a method therefor are provided to easily and conveniently check billing information and pay the informed bill while a user watches TV, thereby preventing arrears in advance. A billing information receiver(210) receives billing information from a billing notify server(201) which periodically makes billing information in which money dues and time limit of payment are included through an internet. A billing information notifier(220) displays the reception of the billing notification information in a terminal(203). If a check input signal is received from a user, a billing information display unit(230) displays the billing information in the terminal. A processing input signal receiver(240) receives a processing input signal about a bill processing method of the billing information from a user. A bill processor(250) performs the bill processing method which the received processing input signal indicates.

A system and method for a 3D audio implementation of a real time e-learning service is provided to output different sounds at each speaker according to an image of the applicant displayed on the e-learning display. A system and method for a 3D audio implementation of a real time e-learning service includes an e-learning display interface(100), an image detecting unit(200), and a sound gain controller(300). The e-learning display interface displays the image of an applicant attending the real time e-learning service. The image detecting unit extracts the position of the applicant image on the e-learning display interface. The sound gain controller controls the sound of the image at each speaker(400) according to extracted position.

A method for an apparatus for transceiving IP based bidirectional advertisement are provided to enable a user to see, shop and buy advertisement and information the user wants. An IP-based bidirectional advertisement server(210) comprises a setting unit(211), an advertisement holder(212), a multicast transmitting unit(213), a unicast transmitting unit(214) and a detailed advertisement transmitting unit(215). The setting unit sets up a bidirectional advertisement receiving mode by a user. In this case, the setting is possible by referring to whether a network system to which the user belongs supports multicast. When the bidirectional advertisement receiving mode of a user A is set up as the multicast mode, a multicast group address according to the setting is assigned. And when the bidirectional advertisement receiving mode of the user A is set up as a unicast mode, the IP address of a server requesting the bidirectional advertisement is informed to the user.

An IPTV digital-broadcast system for reducing channel change time and a method thereof are provided to obtain PID information of a changed channel and decode the broadcast stream easily by receiving and storing the EPG(Electronic Program Guide) provided by an EPG server, channel multicast group information, and channel PID information by using a client terminal. An IPTV digital-broadcast system comprises an IPTV(Internet Protocol Television) providing server(210), an EPG(Electronic Program Guide) server(220), a PID(Packet ID) providing server(230), at least one router(240), and at least one client terminal(250). The router has an IP network. The IPTV providing server manufactures broadcast data of at least one broadcast data into a broadcast stream having an MPEG-TS type. The EPG server acquires the EPG and channel multicast group information and provides the information and the channel PID information together to the client terminal. The PID providing server acquires the channel PID information and provides the information to the EPG server. The router joins the client terminal in the multicast group, copies the broadcast stream of the multicast group, and transmits the stream to the client terminal. The client terminal receives and stores the EPG provided by the EPG server, the channel multicast group information, and the channel PID information.

로그(rogue) ONU(Optical Network Unit) 검출방법및 장치가제공된다. OLT(Optical Line Terminal)는비정상적인상향스트림전송을검출하여복수의로그 ONU 후보를결정하고, 상기복수의로그 ONU 후보에게슬립모드로의천이를명하는슬립허용메시지를전송한다. 상기 OLT는슬립모드에서상기복수의로그 ONU 후보의상향스트림전송을기반으로상기복수의로그 ONU 후보중에서로그 ONU를검출한다. 슬립모드에서로그 ONU의검출이진행되기때문에, 로그 ONU의검출이완료된후, 로그 ONU 후보인나머지 ONU들을슬립모드에서정규모드로천이시킴으로써신속하게상향통신을재개할수 있다.

방송참여 단말장치, 방송 참여를 지원하는 유무선 연동 서버, 및 방송 참여 서비스를 제공하는 방법이 개시된다. 유무선 연동 서버는, 복수의 단말장치 중에서 적어도 어느 하나의 방송참여 단말장치에서의 참여 요청 발생에 따라, 상기 방송참여 단말장치에 제공되는 방송에 관한 시청채널정보를 획득하는 정보 획득부, 및 상기 획득한 시청채널정보에 대응된 참여주소정보를 식별하여 상기 방송참여 단말장치에 전송 함으로써, 상기 방송참여 단말장치에서 상기 참여주소정보를 이용하여 방송참여와 연관되는 참여제어 서버에 접속하도록 하는 정보 처리부를 포함하여 구성한다.

PURPOSE: A sensor data processing apparatus and a method thereof in a sensor network are provided to eliminate a grouping device or a classifying device for the machine learning by comparing and determining situation recognition information through forming situation information decision criteria sensor data with a feature vector identifier table. CONSTITUTION: A reference date processing control unit(210) generates a feature vector identifier by data defined by analyzing sensor data. A sensor data processing control unit(220) generates the feature vector identifier from data sensed by plural sensors. A matching unit(230) extracts a feature vector identifier gathering index and a sensor type index, and transmits the feature vector identifier gathering index and the sensor type index to a situation recognition generating unit(240). The situation recognition generating unit generates situation recognition information using the feature vector identifier gathering index and the sensor type index of the sensor data.
