Abstract: PURPOSE: A soundproofing apparatus for reducing noise is provided to reduce noise propagation due to a diffraction phenomenon of noise by changing noise direction with wind generating around a soundproof wall or in driving, and also reduce noise delivering through the upper part of a soundproof wall because air passing through a noise direction changeover device can be sprayed toward the upper part at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A soundproofing apparatus for reducing noise(100) comprises a noise direction changeover device. The noise direction changeover device is installed in the upper part of a soundproof wall(10). The noise direction changeover device changes noise direction using wind generating in driving of a vehicle or a train.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A soundproof wall with a variable slide device is provided to improve soundproof effect because the height of the soundproof wall can be selectively extended. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof wall with a variable slide device comprises a sound absorbing part(110), a slide part(210), a lifting part(310), and a control part(410). The sound absorbing part comprises a plurality of columns(112) and front and rear soundproof panels with slide holes(116) which are installed between the columns. The slide part is accepted in the sound absorbing part to have an elevating motion and comprises a slide plate(212) which is installed in the slide holes of the front and rear soundproof panels. The lifting part drives the slide part to elevate according to the control of the control part.

Abstract: The present invention related to a dynamic vibration absorber using permanent magnets. More particularly, the dynamic vibration absorber using the permanent magnets, according to the present invention, comprises: a body having a vibration damping means including a plurality of permanent magnets; and a cover connected to the vibration damping means, and coupled to the upper portion of the body to be capable of vertically moving. Moreover, noise and vibration reduction effects can be maximized even if the dynamic vibration absorber using the permanent magnets is installed in an object for reducing the noise and vibration by being capable of adjusting the operation frequent of the vibration absorber because the dynamic vibration absorber using the permanent magnets can adjust an initial gap of the permanent magnets used for the vibration damping means with a simple structure.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for measuring the surface roughness of a railway wheel profile is provided to easily coincide a direction of a displacement sensor to the center of a railway wheel and to precisely measure the illumination of the railway wheel profile as a first second centering and a second centering rod are in contact with the railway wheel profile. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the surface roughness of a railway wheel profile comprises a displacement sensor (1), an encoder wheel (16), first and second centering rods (2a,2b), a sensor supporting block (4), a sensor fixing bolt, a vertical frame (5), a vertical frame fixing bolt, a sensor block fixing bolt, an encoder frame (6), and an encoder block fixing bolt. The displacement sensor and the encoder wheel measure the surface roughness of a railway wheel. The first and second centering rods are arranged in the upper and lower sides of the displacement sensor to be parallel so that the displacement sensor faces the center of the railway wheel. The sensor supporting block fixes the displacement sensor and the first and second centering rods. The sensor fixing bolt fixes the displacement sensor to the sensor supporting block. The sensor supporting block is hinge-joined to the vertical frame.
