Abstract:
PURPOSE: A fault diagnosis system for a healthy sensor of a fly-by-wire control input system is provided to enable safe flying even in case it is unable to find a normal value due to the malfunction of a displacement sensor during aviation. CONSTITUTION: A fault diagnosis system for a healthy sensor of a fly-by-wire control input system comprises a control input apparatus and a controller. The control input apparatus includes three displacement sensors. The controller comprises a flight control module which drives an actuator(4) using a signal transmitted from the control input apparatus, a voting module which extracts the most exact signal from the signals of the three displacement sensors, a detection module which detects a normal sensor in case the voting module determines the failure of two or more sensors, and a fly control module which drives the actuator according to a control input apparatus displacement sensor signal or automatic flight control algorithm.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A container oven to move is provided to form with hardening after vacuumizing a composite material in the container oven without an additional vacuum working shop, and to move easily in case of need to change the working place. CONSTITUTION: High-temperature synthetic resin is spread on a floor plate in lattice shape to withstand a load, and a high-tension steel plate is installed by filling with thermal insulation material. A rail guide is attached to side and top faces, and the high-tension steel plate attached to a rail is inserted by filling with the thermal insulation material. A heater and a thermocouple(22) detecting temperature are installed in a container(1). A switchboard(6), a heater controller(7), an intake port(4) installing a blower(3), and an exhaust port(5) are installed in the outside of the container. A vacuum pump coupling hole(8) in the container is connected to a vacuum pump(10) and a vacuum pump line by a vacuum pump pipe(9). A forming device dries composite materials quickly, and hardens with the heater generating heat in the container and the blower dispersing heated air.
