PURPOSE: A dispersant is provided to effectively disperse various kinds of carbon, pigment, etc. which are comprised in fuel oil, ink, paint, coating agent, etc by simultaneously having a hydrocarbon group, a carboxylic acid group, and an amide/ester structure in a molecular structure. CONSTITUTION: A dispersant comprises an amide and ester copolymer of poly(styrene-alkyl acrylate-maleic anhydride) indicated in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 is hydrogen or a methyl group, R2 is a C1-C30 alkyl group, R3 is a C1-C30 alkyl group, l is 0.1-0.89, m is 0.1-0.89, n is 0.01-0.04, and o is 1-5. The weight average molecular weight of the dispersant is 2,000-20,000 g/mol and the degree of a molecular weight distribution is 1.0-5.0. PURPOSE: A corrosion inhibitor containing vegetable based imidazoline derivatives is provided to improve solubility in aqueous acid solution and anti-corrosion performance against aqueous acid solution by including hydroxy group and imidazoline group within the molecules. CONSTITUTION: A corrosion inhibitor containing vegetable based imidazoline derivatives comprises a vegetable based imidazoline derivative compound expressed as chemical formula 1, wherein R is C8-C18 alkyl group or arkenyl group originated from vegetable oil. The imidazoline derivative compound reacts with fatty acid methyl ester expressed as chemical formula 2 and hydroxyethylethylenediamine expressed as chemical formula 3.

PURPOSE: A norbonene ester-based derivative is provided to replace a phthalate-based plasticizer which has safety problems for humans, and to able to be manufactured at room temperature and a normal pressure with a high yield. CONSTITUTION: A norbonene ester-based derivative is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R is a C1-20, linear or branched alkylene group, n is an integer from 1 to 15. A manufacturing method of the norbonene ester-based derivative uses a Diels-Alder reaction of cyclopentadiene and diacrylate under the presence of an organic solvent and a Lewis acid at a temperature range of -20 to 100 °C. The Lewis catalyst is an aluminum-based, titanium-based tin or zinc. A amount used of the Lewis catalyst is 0.1-50 mol% based on the diacrylate.

PURPOSE: A norbonene diester derivative is provided to replace a phthalate-based plasticizer which has safety problems for humans and to solve a problem regarding the generation of an acidic byproduct and a problem regarding reaction solvent disposal due to a synthesis process or using an acidic catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A norbonene diester derivative is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R^1 and R^2 can be the same or different from each other, and each is a C1-12 linear, branched or cyclic alkyl group. A manufacturing method of norbonene diester derivative in chemical formula 1 comprises a step of extracting norbonene monoester, which is obtained by reacting trialkyl borate and norbonene diacid at 100-200°C, by using acid-base extraction; and a step of reacting the norbonene monoester and the trialkyl borate.

본 발명은 양이온교환수지를 촉매로 하여 무수 숙신산을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 양이온교환수지인 엠버라이트 IR-120(Amberlite IR-120)을 산처리한 것을 촉매로 하여 숙신산을 이소프로페닐 아세테이트와 탈수 반응시켜 무수숙신산을 제조하는 방법을 특징으로 하고, 양이온교환수지를 촉매로 상기 반응에 연속적으로 재사용하여 무수숙신산을 제조하는 방법을 특징으로 하고, 무수숙신산의 제조에 있어서는 숙신산과 이소프로페닐 아세테이트 및 양이온교환수지의 반응이 마이크로파 반응으로 수행되어 무수숙신산을 제조하는 방법을 특징으로 하는 것으로서, 무수숙신산의 제조 공정이 간단하고 양이온교환 수지를 촉매로 연속적으로 재사용하는 경우에도 안정적이고 높은 수득율을 나타낸다. 또한, 무수숙신산의 제조시에 마이크로파 반응으로 인하여 제조시간이 감축되는 우수한 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing alkyl succinate from succinic acid fermentation liquid is provided to obtain alkyl succinate with excellent oil solubility. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing alkyl succinate of chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of fermenting glucose, ligneous system, seaweed, or a mixture thereof to obtain succinic acid fermentation liquid; and a step of performing aqueous esterification of the succinic acid fermentation liquid and fat alcohol under the presence of an enzyme catalyst. The fat alcohol is prepared from plant-derived fatty acid methyl ester. The fatty acid methyl ester is isolated from corn oil, cotton seed oil, linseed oil, peanut oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, palm oil, or coconut oil. The enzyme is Candida antarctic lipase(CAL), mutated Candida antarctic lipase(CALB), or Pseudomonas species lipase(PSL).

CONSTITUTION: A terpolymer is obtained from a mixture containing a compound of chemical formula 1: CH2=CR^1-COOR^2, a compound of chemical formula 2: CH2=CR^1-COOR^2, and maleic anhydride of chemical formula 3 as a comonomer. In chemical formula 1, R^1 is hydrogen atom or methyl group and R^2 is C1-C30 alkyl group. In chemical formula 2, R^1 is hydrogen atom or methyl group and R^2 is C6-C30 alkyl group.

An epoxy adhesive using a fatty acid ester solvent is provided to prevent emission of volatile organic compounds causing environmental pollution, and to obtain an adhesive for a flooring material having excellent biodegradability. An adhesive composition for a flooring material comprises an epoxy resin and is obtained by using a fatty acid ester compound as a solvent. An adhesive composition for the adhesion of a flooring material comprises: 4-36 parts by weight of an epoxy resin, 5-35 parts by weight of a tackifier; 5-70 parts by weight of a filler, 1-20 parts by weight of a fatty acid ester solvent; and 0.001-2 parts by weight of a dispersant.
