Abstract:
본 발명은 다겹지 제조용 접착제 및 이를 이용한 다겹지 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 전분, 클레이, 실리카졸 및 물을 포함하는 다겹지 제조용 접착제, 그리고 이를 다겹지의 층간에 사용하는 다겹지 제조방법으로서, 종래의 미호화된 생전분을 단독 분무처리하는 방법과 비교하여, 다겹지의 층간 접착강도 뿐만 아니라, 파열강도 및 압축강도 또한 개선하는 효과가 있는 다겹지 제조용 접착제 및 이를 이용한 다겹지 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: The titled aids capable of increasing the retention of very fine powder contained in paper stuffs and easily removing water of the paper stuffs by hybrid bonding of anionic polysilisic acid as inorganic raw material and cationic polyacrylamide as organic raw material are provided, which improve the economic efficiency and productivity of a papermaking process CONSTITUTION: The process of preparing retention and drainage aids comprises the steps of preparing polysilisic acid of a pH 2.8 to 5.4 by adding water to silica-containing water glass and passing the obtained sodium silicate through a column packed with strong acid cation exchange resin; diluting to 0.01 to 1.0% by weight by adding water to the pH controlled polysilisic acid and hybrid bonding by mixing 1 parts by weight of diluted polysilisic acid with 0.1 to 1 parts by weight of cationic polyacrylamide and agitating. The silica-containing water glass has a molar ratio of SiO2/Na2O of 3.2 to 3.25 and a silica content of 1 to 30% by weight.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A preparation method of high concentration polysilicate microgel using Si-contained water glass as a starting material is provided. The obtained polysilicate microgel adapted to the microparticulate retention system as an anionic microparticle increases the retention of microparticle contained in a paper stock and removes the water easily in a process of paper making. Accordingly, this method improves economic efficiency and productivity of paper making. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises the steps of: preparing sodium silicate by adding water to Si-containing water glass composed of a molar ratio SiO2/Na2O of 3.2-3.25 and 1-30wt.% of silica; filtering through a column filled with a strong acidic cation exchange resin, resulting in pH9-10 of active polysilicate solution; adding 0.1-2.296pts.wt. of sodium sulfate(based on 100pts.wt. of active polysilicate solution) as a gelling promoter; mixing(100-1000rpm) for 5-20min. and aging at room temperature.

PURPOSE: A method for recycling old corrugated container by treating old corrugated container using amylase-based enzyme is provided, thereby accelerating dehydration of reclaimed paper material capable of improving quality and productivity of corrugate board. CONSTITUTION: In a method for recycling old corrugated container, 0.01 to 0.1% by weight of amylase-based enzyme based on the total weight of dry old corrugated container is introduced into waste paper material. The amylase-based enzyme is α -amylase-based enzyme obtained from Bacillus licheniformis or Bacillus subtilis alone or mixtures thereof in a weight ratio of 1:9 to 9:1.
