Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is an epoxy resin composition comprising 4-functional epoxy resin (TGDDM) and epoxidated seed oil (ESO) to produce hybrid epoxy resin with mechanical property higher than conventional TGDDM epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION: The epoxy resin composition comprises 80-99wt.% of TGDDM and 1-20wt.% of ESO represented by formula(1). ESO is prepared oxidizing seed oil in solvent in the presence of Amberlite. The reaction carries out at 45-60 deg.C for 6 to 9 hours. The hybrid epoxy resin is used as matrix resin for production of amine curing agent.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a liquid epoxy copolymer resin containing fluorine which has excellent electrical and mechanical properties and is used as insulation materials and matrix resins of complex materials, substituting for diglycidylether bisphenol-A (DGEBA) epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION: The epoxy copolymer resin is represented by a chemical formula 1, where n is an integer of 1-2. The resin has a dielectric constant range of 4.4-3.8 in a frequency range of 1-10Ghz when hardening with amine hardener. The epoxy copolymer resin is synthesized by reacting one mole of DGEBA resin of formula 2(wherein m is a number 0.5-1.6) with 0.4-0.6 mole of 4-chlorobenzotrifluoride represented by formula 3 by using tetraisopropyltitanate catalyst.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of activated carbon fiber which is characterized by maintaining specific surface area almost, containing Ag particles protruded outside and having excellent antibiosis is characterized by treating with a silver nitrate solution. Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a carbon fiber reinforced composite material which uses a surface-treated carbon fiber, and involves excellent mechanical properties. Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for making a polyolefin film having excellent adhesion to metals by subjecting a polyolefin film to a surface modification treatment so that the surface has hydrophilicity. CONSTITUTION: The method for making a polyolefin film having excellent adhesion to metals comprises the step of surface-treating a polyolefin film with a mixed gas containing fluorine and oxygen. Preferably, the polyolefin is selected from the group consisting of polyethylene and polypropylene. In the mixed gas, fluorine and oxygen are mixed in a volume ratio of 1:1-7. The mixed gas has a pressure of 10-100 kPa. The surface treatment is performed for the duration of 1-30 minutes.
