    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for making a polyolefin film having excellent adhesion to metals by subjecting a polyolefin film to a surface modification treatment so that the surface has hydrophilicity. CONSTITUTION: The method for making a polyolefin film having excellent adhesion to metals comprises the step of surface-treating a polyolefin film with a mixed gas containing fluorine and oxygen. Preferably, the polyolefin is selected from the group consisting of polyethylene and polypropylene. In the mixed gas, fluorine and oxygen are mixed in a volume ratio of 1:1-7. The mixed gas has a pressure of 10-100 kPa. The surface treatment is performed for the duration of 1-30 minutes.
