본 발명은 폴리아크릴로니트릴(polyacrylonitrile; PAN) 공중합체 용액을 전기 방사하여 형성한 부직포를 산화시켜 제조한 지지체 및 이에 함침시킨 탄화수소계 고분자 전해질을 포함하는 복합 전해질막; 폴리아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 용액을 전기 방사하여 형성한 부직포를 산화시켜 측쇄의 니트릴기의 질소원자와 이웃한 니트릴기의 탄소원자 간에 결합이 형성되면서 6각 고리를 형성함으로써 내용제성 또는 강도가 향상된 신규 지지체; 상기 복합 전해질막을 전해질막으로 구비한 막-전극 접합체(membrane-electrode assembly; MEA); 및 상기 막-전극 접합체를 구비한 연료전지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 다공성 지지체 상에 전해질 고분자가 함침된 복합막은 높은 기공도를 유지하면서도 우수한 기계적 물성, 치수안정성, 내구성을 발휘한다.

PURPOSE: A continuous fabricating apparatus and method of a carbon nanofiber are provided to obtain the carbon nanofiber with stabilized fibers by thermal treatment. PURPOSE: Nano and seminano filaments and a method for fabricating the same are provided to ensure a constant diameter and thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: A filament is fabricated by electrospinning a mixture containing poly(amide-co-imide) and poly(trimellitic anhydride chloride-co-4,4'-methylenedianiline) in a weight ratio of 4.5:5.5 or 5.5:4.5 in a solvent. The viscosity of the mixture is 10,000-60,000 Pa·s. The viscosity of the mixture is adjusted by adjusting the amount of poly(trimellitic anhydride chloride-co-4,4'-methylenedianiline). CONSTITUTION: A wear-resistant coating composition comprises 0.1-3 wt% of silanized reactive hydroxide inorganic compound, 4-25 weight% of epoxy resin, 1-5 weight% of curing agent, and residual solvent. PURPOSE: An organic-inorganic composite high-strength cementless concrete composition is provided to maintain a superior range of compressive strength without cement by inducing geopolymerization. CONSTITUTION: A cementless concrete composition includes an inorganic binder, aggregate, room-temperature hardening hydrophilic polymer, a self-emulsifying hardening agent, and an activator. The inorganic binder includes fly ash and blast slag. The activator includes alkaline metal hydroxide and alkaline silicate. The fineness of the fly ash is between 2000 and 6000 cm^2/g. The fineness of the blast slag is between 2000 and 4000cm^2/g. The weight ratio of the fly ash and the blast slag is between 80:20 and 20:80. The weight ratio of the alkaline metal hydroxide and the alkaline silicate is between 1:2 and 2:1.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a metallic catalyst including a carbon carrier in which a fluorine functional group is introduced is provided to control a size of the catalyst when a new fluorine functional group is introduced to the carbon carrier and to enhance an activity of catalyst by increasing a dipping efficiency of the mixing metal. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a metallic catalyst comprises: a pre-treatment step(a) for eliminating impurities on the surface; a step of manufacturing a carbon carrier in which a fluorine functional group is introduced by directly performing a fluorination treatment to the carbon carrier; and a step(b) of manufacturing the metallic catalyst by dipping the metal in the carbon carrier. The fluorination treatment to the carbon carrier in the step(a) is performed under 0.01 - 1 MPa for 1 - 30 minutes. A temperature range of the fluorine treatment to the carbon carrier is from room temperature to 800°C in the step(a).

A manufacturing method of high functional AlO(OH) gel is provided to have excellent function by injecting gradually a mixture of Al2(SO4)3 and Na2SO4, hydrolyzing it under specific pH condition, segregating gel and aging and filtering it. A manufacturing method of high functional AlO(OH) gel comprises steps of: adding sodium sulfate(Na2SO4) in aluminium sulfate(Al2(SO4)3) aqueous solution of which a concentration of alumina(Al2O3) is 2.0 ~ 8.0 weight% and manufacturing a mixture; injecting sodium carbonate(Na2CO3) aqueous solution in the mixture, making pH of the solution to 7~8, hydrolyzing it and segregating AlO(OH) gel precipitate; aging and filtering the gel precipitate and manufacturing a high functional AlO(OH) gel of which specific surface area is 300~500 m^2/g and pore volume is 0.5~1.0 cc/g.
