Abstract: PURPOSE: A water jacket for a cylinder head and an assembly method thereof are provided to improve cooling performance, to reduce a production cost, and to simplify a process. CONSTITUTION: A water jacket(10) for a cylinder head comprises a water jacket upper side(12), a water jacket lower side(14), and a connection passage(20). The water jacket upper side circulates cooling water through the upper side of an exhaust port(30). The water jacket lower side circulates cooling water through the lower side of the exhaust port. The connection passage connects the water jacket upper and lower sides for directly circulating the cooling water in the water jacket upper and lower sides.

Abstract: 본 발명은 CVVT 저널부 윤활성 향상을 위한 유로구조에 관한 것으로서, 특히 CVVT 작동부가 형성되는 흡기측 제 2 캠샤프트가 장착되는 제 2 캠저널의 윤활성 향상을 위하여 CVVT 작동부가 장착되지 않는 배기측 제 1 캠샤프트가 장착되는 제 1 캠저널의 오일공급홀로부터 공급되는 오일을 제 2 캠저널로 공급하기 위한 오일유로를 캠캡에 형성하므로서, 냉간시동시 신속하게 CVVT 작동부가 형성된 흡기측 제 2 캠저널로 오일을 공급하여 캠저널의 마모를 줄여줌은 물론 CVVT 제어용 오일을 이용하지 않음에 따라 CVVT 기능의 저하를 방지할 수 있도록 한 CVVT 저널부 윤활성 향상을 위한 유로구조에 관한 것이다.
