Abstract: PURPOSE: A door locking apparatus provided with a double locking device is provided to prevent the burglar of vehicle by not rotating the pole lever substantially although the external force applied thereto during the double locking state. CONSTITUTION: A door locking apparatus provided with a double locking device includes a door latch unit is provided with a driving unit, a first motor(20), a first link(31), a second link(32), a third link(33), a fourth link(34) and a pole lever(38). The door latch unit further includes a sixth link(36) and the double locking member(41). The sixth link(36) is installed under the fourth link(34) and is switched to the fourth link(34) in response to the double locking state or the unlocking state of the door and rotates the pole lever(38) positioned below under the unlocking state. And, the double locking member(41) is positioned above the fourth link(34) and allows the rotation of the fourth link under the double locking state, whereas it prevents the rotation of the sixth link(36) and rotates all of the fourth link(34) and the sixth link(36) under the unlocking state.
