Abstract: A rotation transmission device of a clutchless compressor of a vehicle air conditioner is provided to protect parts such as a pulley cover by preventing the generation of broken pieces from a damaged limiter arm and preventing the broken pieces from moving. A limiter(13) has arms(13a) formed in the tangential direction on an outer periphery thereof and each of the arms has notch grooves(21) at both sides of an end thereof.
