    Abstract: PURPOSE: A producing system and a method of a vehicle factory are provided to reduce distribution costs generated in putting parts in an outfitting process by re-aligning the order of vehicles moving along a production line as a pre-set order. CONSTITUTION: A producing system(100) of a vehicle factory is composed of a production line including a vehicle body process, a painting process(11), and an outfitting process(13) and progressing assembling and producing processes. An emergency braking device and method of a vehicle are provided for various kinds of vehicles; a WBS(White Body Storage,20) installed between the vehicle body process and the painting process of the vehicle production line to temporally store white vehicle bodies completing the vehicle body process; a PBS(Painted Body Storage,30) installed between the painting process and the outfitting process to paint and store the vehicle bodies supplied from a first storage unit; a plurality of sensors disposed to the production line to sense the order of various kinds of the vehicles; and a control unit(40) for controlling steps for aligning orders of the vehicle bodies. The control unit performs steps for checking the first order for various vehicle bodies through the sensors; sensing the order of the vehicle body dispersed by the painting process; changing orders between same kinds of the vehicle bodies to be proximate to the first order of the vehicle body; and re-aligning the orders of non-aligned vehicle bodies.
