Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for an outer lace integral stator of an automatic mission for a vehicle is provided to endure a friction force as the torque change transferred from an engine by changing the quality of the outer lace and integrally casting. CONSTITUTION: A preform(10) is produced according to the position shape to reinforce by using a ceramic reinforcing material containing an aluminium complex material. After the preform is installed in a metal mold(20), molten steel of 700 to 800°C is put in the mold. The molten steel is pressured by using the metal mold, and a complete product is taken out by separating the metal mold so that the outer lace integral stator is produced.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing a diesel engine piston is provided to save a producing cost by producing a complex material diesel engine piston for reinforcing a top ring groove by using a horizontal squeeze molder and to improve the durability of the piston. CONSTITUTION: A diesel piston(50) is formed in a cylindrical shape to form a side face and a pin-boss unit(51), and a pre-form(55) is formed to reinforce a top ring groove(52) on a lower end. Then, molten metal is quickly filled up into a cavity by moving the plunger at a fast speed after manipulating a handle and a valve of regulating a high speed injection speed at a point that molten metal in an injection sleeve moves toward the cavity after passing through a hole since a pressurizing plunger continuously forwards. Herein, the molten metal is contacted with the pre-form(55), and the injection pressure is kept for 30 to 120 seconds waiting for being solidified. Thereby, if the molten metal is integrally solidified, a mold on a mobile side is separated from a mold on a fixed side, and at the same time, an upper slide core is separated from a lower slide core. Then the solidified diesel piston is separated by using a compression rod and plate of a compression cylinder.
