Abstract: 본 발명은 통합 제어시스템으로 서로 다른 이기종으로 구성되고 하나 이상 다수개로 이루어지는 제어반과 제어용 PC(Personal Computer)를 프로세스별로 독립적으로 연결하여 프로세싱(Processing)의 실시간 통합 처리와 모니터링을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명은 제어반 제작회사에서 제공되는 DLL을 포함하여 다중 프로세스를 구성하고, 각각의 프로세스와 대응되는 각각의 제어반을 DDE 방식으로 연결하는 과정, DLL에서 필요한 입출력 정보와 서보 드라이브 정보, 내부 레지스터를 읽고 쓰기 위한 내부함수인 물리적 기본 어드레스를 추출하는 과정, 윈도우 시스템의 실행 이미지 파일 포맷을 분석하여 실행파일의 위치 및 크기를 산출한 다음 공유 메모리에 강제 고정시켜 공유 메모리에 실행파일을 상주시키는 과정, 초기에 구동될 제어반의 PLC를 선정하고, 등록된 명령함수를 이용하여 초기수행 할 PLC 스레드를 구동하며, 대기용 스레드를 생성하는 과정, 커널 드라이브에서 발생되는 인터럽트 신호에 따라 특정 루틴을 처리하기 위한 스케줄용 스레드를 구동하여 각각의 해당 루틴 명령문을 처리한 후 비신호 상태로 동기화 이벤트 설정하는 과정을 포함한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An opening and closing device of a fuel injection port for a vehicle is provided to easily feed oil by interlocking and automatically sliding an auxiliary pipe with a filler door and projecting outward the auxiliary pipe. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing device of a fuel injection port(100) for a vehicle is composed of a filler door(110) hinge-moving to cover the fuel injection port formed in a groove shape at the side of a vehicle body; a fuel pipe(130) installed in the fuel injection port and covered by the filler door; a locking device(120) for locking the filler door from the fuel injection port to open and close the fuel injection port; a filler door hanging unit(111) integrated with the filler door to receive returning force in the direction of opening the filler door by a filler door spring(112) and hung on the locking device by overcoming the returning force of the filler door spring in closing the filler door; an auxiliary pipe(140) slid on the fuel pipe and projected out of the fuel injection port; a pipe draw-out unit(150) for supplying elastic external force to the auxiliary pipe to protrude the auxiliary pipe out of the fuel injection port; and a connection member(160) for linking one side of the filler door hanging unit and one side of the pipe draw-out unit to withdraw the auxiliary pipe by the pipe draw-out unit with interlocking with the filler door as the filler door is opened.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种用于车辆的燃料喷射口的开闭装置，通过联动自动滑动辅助管道并使其与填料门自动滑动并向辅助管外伸出来容易地供给油。 构成：用于车辆的燃料喷射口（100）的开闭装置由铰链移动以覆盖形成在车身侧的槽形状的燃料喷射口的加油门（110）构成; 燃料管（130），其安装在所述燃料喷射口中并被所述加油门盖住; 锁定装置（120），用于将燃料门从燃料喷射口锁定以打开和关闭燃料喷射口; 一个与加油门一体化的加油门挂单元（111），以通过加油门弹簧（112）沿打开加油门的方向接收返回力，并通过克服加油门弹簧的返回力而悬挂在锁定装置上 关闭加油门; 辅助管140在燃料管上滑动并从燃料喷射口突出; 用于向所述辅助管提供弹性外力以使所述辅助管从所述燃料喷射口突出的管道抽出单元（150） 以及连接构件（160），用于将填料门悬挂单元的一侧与管道抽出单元的一侧连接，以便通过管道抽出单元与辅助门互锁以与填料门互锁作为填充门 打开。
