Abstract: A rotary operating device of an AV(Audio and Video) system for a vehicle is provided to achieve effective space utilization and convenient operation by placing multiple operating buttons on each surface of a polyhedron rotary body. A rotary operating device of an AV system for a vehicle comprises the followings: a rotary body(100) of a polyhedron structure having multiple operating surfaces installed in a dashboard of the vehicle to be rotated, including an opening unit(111) formed by opening a regular part, and multiple operating buttons(121,122) for utilizing an AV system at each operating surface; a display unit(200) installed in the rotary body to be fixed regardless of rotation of the rotary body, to show information through the opening unit on the rotary body; a driving unit(300) rotating the rotary body to expose the operating surface that a user wants to an outside when the operating button on the operating surface of the rotary body is pressed and a control unit of the vehicle senses the pressing.
