차량용 와이어링 쇼트 검사장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량용 와이어링 쇼트 검사장치는 차체에 대응하여 시험장에 이동 가능하게 구비되는 베이스 프레임; 작동로드를 포함하며, 상기 베이스 프레임의 상부 일측에 장착되는 작동 실린더; 상기 작동 실린더의 작동로드 선단에 연결되는 연결부; 상기 연결부에 연결되며, 상기 작동 실린더의 작동력을 상기 연결부를 통해 전달받아 전후진 왕복 이동되는 충돌헤드; 상기 충돌헤드의 선단에 장착되는 충돌 탭; 및 상기 베이스 프레임의 상부 타측에 장착되며, 상기 충돌 탭과 선택적으로 접촉되어 쇼트가 발생되도록 배터리의 플러스극과 연결되는 와이어링이 지지되는 충돌부를 포함한다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a small diameter corrugated tube which adopts blow molding and vacuum forming simultaneously to improve formability. To this end, the present invention includes: a plurality of molds having a corrugated shape forming part for forming a corrugated structure of the corrugated tube and having first and second mold blocks with a divided shape with respect to the corrugated shape forming part; a mold rotating jig, on which the molds are installed movably in a neighboring shape thereon and which has a vacuum connector that can be temporarily connected to a vertical vacuum suction path of the moving mold. The first and second mold blocks have a vertical vacuum suction path extending from the bottom to the top, and a horizontal vacuum suction path extending from the front to the rear. The horizontal vacuum suction path communicates with the vertical vacuum suction path and the corrugated shape forming part for delivering the vacuum. The vacuum supplied through the vacuum connector from outside the mold is delivered to the corrugated shape forming part. Thus, a resin supplied to the corrugated shape forming part in a hollow tube shape can be safely brought into tight contact with the corrugated shape forming part using air pressure.

릴레이 장치에서 내부 스위치의 접점이 오프되는 시점에서 발생되는 서지(Surge) 전압을 제거하도록 하는 것으로, 제어 회로의 제어 신호에 따라 기전력을 발생시키는 여자 코일과, 상기 여자 코일에 유기되어 있는 잔류 기전력을 제거시키는 제1저항과, 여자 코일에서 발생되는 기전력에 의해 작동되어 제1접점과 제2접점을 단속하여 전원단과 부하간의 전원 공급을 단속하는 제1스위칭 단자를 포함하며, 제1스위칭 단자와 연동되어 동작되며, 상기 제1스위칭 단자가 제1접점과 제2접점을 연결하는 온 상태에서 제3접점과 제4접점의 연결을 차단하고, 제1접점과 제2접점의 연결이 차단되는 오프 상태에서 제3접점과 제4접점을 연결시키는 제2스위칭 단자와. 상기 제1스위칭 단자와 제2스위칭 단자의 일측 단부를 결합하여 상기 제1스위칭 단자와 제2스위칭 단자가 연동되어 동작되도록 하며, 제2스위칭 단자측으로의 전원 공급이 차단되도록 하는 절연체로 이루어지는 분리대와, 제2스위칭 단자에 의해 제3접점과 제4접점이 연결되는 경우 제1접점 및 제2접점의 오프 시점에서 발생되어 부하 라인에 유기되는 서지 전압을 제거하는 필터를 포함한다.

PURPOSE: An automatic fuel leakage detection and shut-off system and a control method thereof of an LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) vehicle are provided to inform a driver of the leakage of gas by operating an emergency shut-off device and turning on a fuel-leakage warning lamp and to prevent an engine from starting by turning off a pressure signal relay for fuel-leakage. CONSTITUTION: An automatic fuel leakage detection and shut-off system for an LPG vehicle comprises an LPG bomb installed at the vehicle to store LPG fuel; an emergency shut-off device(12) installed on a fuel line of the LPG bomb and composed of a first pressure gauge(11) for measuring pressure of the LPG bomb and a solenoid valve for preventing the fuel from leaking out; a liquid/gaseous solenoid valve installed at an outlet of the LPG bomb to intermit the fuel by opening and closing liquid and gaseous fuel supply lines for sending and guiding liquid and gaseous LPG fuel; a vaporizer for executing a decompression action for decompressing LPG discharged from the liquid/gaseous solenoid valve, a vaporization action for evaporating liquid LPG by heat of the coolant of the engine, and a constant-pressure action for regulating the LPG at constant pressure; a mixer for decompressing and vaporizing the LPG and then mixing the LPG with the air; a control unit(17) programmed to execute a set logic according to an operation state of the engine; and a second pressure gauge(14) mounted at an inlet fuel line of the vaporizer to measure the pressure of the vaporizer. The automatic fuel leakage detection and shut-off system compares each output value of the first and second pressure gauges, decides the leakage of the fuel according to deviation between the output values, and then controls a pressure signal relay(20), a fuel-leakage warning lamp(24), and the emergency shut-off device.

PURPOSE: An engine operation control device of a vehicle is provided to automatically re-operate an engine when the operation of the engine is suddenly stopped in a traveling state of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: In an engine operation control device of a vehicle, a vehicle speed signal part(2) indicating the traveling state of the vehicle and a tacho-signal input part(3) indicating the operating state of an engine are each connected to an ECU(Electronic Control Unit,1) controlling the engine state of the vehicle. An exciting coil(6) of a power control relay(5) is connected to an output end(4) of the ECU and the other end of the exciting coil is earthed. A switch end(7) of the power control relay is connected with an ignition switch(8) of the vehicle and with a switch end(10) of an engine starting relay(9). The other switch end of the starting relay is connected to an engine starting motor(11). An exciting coil(12) of the starting relay is connected with the tacho-signal input part.

PURPOSE: A fuel amount measuring apparatus is provided to obtain an accurate resistance value regardless of fuel which flows in accordance with the travel or road condition, by maintaining the floater at the position of oil level of the fuel. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a driving unit(10) arranged in a case(1) of a fuel tank(F) so as to rotate in a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction by the resistance value; an operating unit(20) which is lifted or lowered within the fuel tank in accordance with the operation of the driving unit; a sensor unit(30) for sensing the temperature of fuel tank and change of fuel state and generating an electrical signal for determining whether to operate the driving unit, in accordance with the sensed result; and a display unit(40) for generating, in a resistance value, the amount of fuel in the fuel tank in accordance with the operation of the driving unit.
