    Abstract: PURPOSE: A terminal whose surface is widely contacted is provided to contact an insulated conductor of a cable with the surface of the terminal, thereby firmly fixing the insulated conductor into the terminal as preventing a voltage dropping of a current. CONSTITUTION: A connection end(1) is coupled with a terminal of a battery. An insulated conductor fixing end(2) formed on the connection end is extensively attached along an inner side, to be fixed into a surface of an insulated conductor of a cable. A cable fixing end(3) formed on the insulated conductor fixing end is contacted with and fixed into the cable covering the insulated conductor. The insulated conductor of the cable fixed into the insulated conductor fixing end of the terminal forms a contact surface contacted with the surface along a projected contact end(2a), to remove a voltage dropping of a current flowed by a wide area contact surface when a fixing force of the insulated conductor increases.

A diagnosis method of an intelligent power switch thermal sensor includes the steps of: inputting a lamp control order, starting control of an intelligent power switch, and measuring an output voltage of a battery and an output current of the intelligent power switch from analog to digital; calculating power consumption and temperature of the intelligent power switch and measuring a temperature of the intelligent power switch; firstly determining whether an error of the calculation value and the measured value is small; determining that the intelligent power switch thermal sensor is normal when the error is small and setting the temperature of the intelligent power system as the measured value; secondly determining whether the temperature of the intelligent power switch is higher than a reference value; and outputting intelligent power switch temperature warning, limiting and blocking a load current except a main load, and storing failure information when the temperature of the intelligent power switch is higher than the reference value.
